Cabuluan ES Conducts Simultaneous Active Attack Safety Drill
CABULUAN, ALCALA, CAGAYAN — September 3, 2026.
Cabuluan Elementary School conducted a Simultaneous School Safety Drill for Active Attack on September 3, 2026, under the theme “School Community Practices Safety and Emergency Response.”
The activity aimed to strengthen the preparedness of learners, teachers, and school personnel in responding to possible emergency situations and security threats inside or near the school. It also sought to develop calmness, discipline, awareness, and cooperation among members of the school community.
During the drill, teachers guided learners to remain calm, stay quiet, move to designated safe areas, and follow instructions carefully. School personnel likewise practiced securing their respective classrooms and keeping learners away from areas that could pose risks.
The activity provided the school community with an opportunity to translate safety concepts into actual emergency responses. Through the simulation, learners and personnel were able to practice appropriate actions while emphasizing the importance of remaining alert and disciplined during critical situations.
The drill heightened the emergency awareness of the school community and strengthened teamwork and cooperation in promoting a safe learning environment.
The school expressed its appreciation to the school head, teachers, learners, brgy. officials, and personnel for their active participation and cooperation in making the safety drill successful.
