The Katipunan ng Kabataan Assembly 2025 was successfully held on June 7, 2025, at the Nararagan Gymnasium, uniting the youth of Barangay Nararagan in a day of transparency, participation, and shared responsibility.
During the assembly, SK Chairman Jayvee Ulibas, together with his SK Kagawads, proudly presented the Annual Barangay Youth Budget for 2025, outlining the planned allocations for various programs such as educational support, sports development, leadership training, and assistance for all students.
In the spirit of transparency, Chairman Ulibas also presented a full report on the programs and projects implemented in 2024, including their corresponding budget allocations and accomplishments. He emphasized that the purpose of the assembly is not just to inform, but to involve the youth in the governance process, making sure they understand where funds represent and how each project serves the needs of the community.
He called on all youth to take part in building a better barangay by staying aware, being engaged, and holding leaders accountable. The assembly ended with an open forum, giving the young participants a platform to voice their concerns, ask questions, and contribute ideas, proving that when the youth are empowered, progress becomes a shared mission.
