School-Based Immunization (SBI) for MR, Td, and HPV💉💉

The School-Based Immunization (SBI) program was conducted to protect schoolchildren against vaccine-preventable diseases. The program provided Measles-Rubella (MR) and Tetanus-Diphtheria (Td) vaccines to eligible Grade 1 learners, while the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine was administered to eligible Grade 4 female learners, in accordance with the recommended immunization guidelines.

This initiative aims to strengthen children's immunity, prevent the spread of infectious diseases, and promote the health and well-being of schoolchildren. Through the collaborative efforts of health workers, school personnel, parents, and the local government, we continue to ensure that our learners receive essential protection for a healthier and safer future.

Today, August 17, 2026, Barangay Maura continues to strengthen its commitment to protecting the health and well-being of our children through the LigTAS Tigdas – Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (SIA).

This important activity provides an opportunity for eligible children to receive supplemental protection against measles and rubella, helping prevent the spread of these vaccine-preventable diseases in our community. As parents and guardians, bringing our children to the health station and ensuring that they receive the recommended vaccines is one of the simplest yet most meaningful ways we can protect them and the people around them.

Let us work hand in hand to build a healthier and safer Barangay Maura—because every vaccinated child is a step toward a healthier community. 💚
