Today is World Book Day! 📚

This date was chosen by UNESCO in 1995 to pay tribute to great writers such as William Shakespeare, Miguel Cervantes or Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, while celebrating the book and its authors around the world. 🌎

By the way, did you know that the timeless book The Little Prince has been translated into more than 500 languages? Which makes it the 2nd most translated book in the world 🤩

So why not take advantage of this day to dive into the fascinating story of the Little Prince? Which we have a copy inside the HS LIBRARY!

So feel free to read, explore and enjoy the various collection inside the library and every one is welcome to come in and celebrate WORLD BOOK DAY!!!

Need to do your reading activity in scholastic? The computer section is ready to serve scholastic reading activity! You can also browse to our physical collection in our scholastic reading area.

The computer section of the Marikina HS library is now open for research and film viewing! You can access our E-library resouces via canvas, there is also a limited trial of NETFLIX (limited to 2 pc) ITS A 1ST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. Feel free to drop by at our HS Library!

Looks like these kids will go home with their favorite books from GAYO Publishing! The Marikina GS library just held a book fair. This just proves kids are happy learning, reading and enjoying books!
