We want to ensure a smooth, fair, and organized distribution, so please read the guidelines below carefully before registering.

📋 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗠 𝗥𝗨𝗟𝗘𝗦 & 𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬

•𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Only residents of Barangay San Rafael are eligible to apply.
•𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗹𝗼𝘁𝘀: First Come, First Served basis.
•𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁: Strictly 𝗼𝗻𝗲 (𝟭) 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆.
•𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘀: Must be currently enrolled for 𝗦𝗬 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳.
•𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲: Registration cannot be transferred. No authorization letters or representative claiming allowed.
•𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆: Providing false information will automatically result in disqualification.

Ipinapakilala ng Sangguniang Kabataan ng San Rafael ang PROJECT YTB: Youth Time Bank – “Oras Ko, Ambag Ko” Program! Isang programang nagbibigay ng pagkakataon sa mga kabataan na mag-volunteer, makiisa sa iba’t ibang aktibidad, at makaipon ng credits na maaaring ipalit sa exciting rewards at benepisyo! 🎁🏀📚📶

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Rafael conducted its monthly session discussing preparations for the upcoming Flores de Mayo, upcoming Sportsfest activities (Basketball, Badminton, Beach Volleyball, ML, CODM, and Billiards), and updates regarding the SK budget.

The 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 proudly conducted a Mental Health Seminar entitled “𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵” last April 19, 2026, held at Salong Covered Court.

This meaningful activity was made possible in coordination with 𝗕𝗟-𝗗𝗛𝗖 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻, with our esteemed speaker, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗘𝗺𝗶𝗲 𝗚. 𝗗𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗻, a 𝘓𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘊𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘳, who shared valuable insights on understanding emotions and promoting better mental well-being among the youth.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated and supported this initiative. May we continue to create a community that prioritizes mental health, awareness, and support for one another. 💙
