Congratulations to the Labao Juniors for finishing as 1st Runner-Up in the Inter Barangay Basketball Tournament 2026.
We may not have ended the way we wanted, but we're still incredibly proud of what the Labao Juniors accomplished. From the opening game to the Finals, this team showed heart, determination, and the willingness to fight for every possession.
Our heartfelt gratitude goes to our coaching staff for their unwavering dedication, commitment, and guidance throughout the tournament. Your leadership helped shape this team into a competitive and disciplined group of young athletes.
To our players, thank you for giving your best in every game. Your time, effort, sacrifices, and determination every step of the way did not go unnoticed. You represented Barangay Labao with pride, heart, and resilience.
We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the Brgy Officials headed by Kap Dano and SK Officials, headed by SK Chairperson Mylene Joy Berin, for the unending support, encouragement, and belief in our team from day one until the very end.
To all the people of Barangay Labao, thank you for always showing up and cheering for our players. Your overwhelming support turned every venue into a home court and gave our team the extra motivation to keep fighting. This achievement belongs to all of you as well.
Most importantly, we give all the glory and thanks to God Almighty for the strength, wisdom, protection, and perseverance He has given to our players, coaching staff, officials, and everyone involved throughout this journey.
This tournament taught us that sports is not only about winning championships but also about building character, discipline, teamwork, humility, and sportsmanship. Victory is sweet, but lessons learned through challenges and defeat are just as valuable. We may have fallen short of the title, but we gained experience, created memories, and grew stronger together.
Heads up, Labao Juniors. This is not the end of the journeyโit's only the beginning. We will learn, improve, and come back stronger.
