Honored to be invited as Guest Speaker at the 4th College Alumni Homecoming of NEMSU-Cantilan.

Though I am not an alumnus, I am grateful for the warm welcome and the opportunity to celebrate with an institution that continues to contribute to education and our community.

As a public servant, I believe that education and service go hand in hand in building stronger communities. May our alumni continue to share their knowledge, experience, and success by giving back and inspiring the next generation.

Congratulations sa tanan alumni! Mabuhay ang NEMSU-Cantilan! ๐Ÿ’™

Distance in public service isn't measured in kilometers, itโ€™s measured in how far people feel from the decisions that affect their daily lives. In its ๐Ÿ“๐“๐‡ ๐…๐‹๐˜๐ˆ๐๐† ๐’๐„๐’๐’๐ˆ๐Ž๐, the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Carrascal bridged that gap by bringing its full legislative proceedings directly to Barangay Bacolod.

At the center of the session was the Barangay Hour, a dedicated platform where Bacolodโ€™s leaders shared their communityโ€™s crucial development goals and day-to-day challenges. What took place was an inspiring display of co-governance: local leaders voicing their needs, and lawmakers listening intently to turn those insights into actionable policies. By taking the legislative process directly to the people, Carrascal continues to demonstrate that true progress happens when local government moves as one with its communities.

Mga Carrascalanons, Pahinungod Festival na!

we officially open the Pahinungod Festival 2026 with a vibrant parade and opening program, bringing together our communities in a celebration of culture, unity, and service.

As we celebrate our identity and the spirit of pahinungod, may this festival inspire pride in our roots, strengthen our unity, and remind us that together, we can achieve greater things for our beloved Municipality of Carrascal.

Marajaw Karajaw!

One of the most important aspects of public service is visiting our communities and engaging with our people. Pinaagi sa pagpamati ug pakighimamat sa katawhan, mas masabtan nato an ila mga panginahanglan ug prayoridad sa matag barangay ug munisipyo.

Mapasalamaton ako na makauban sila Congressman Romeo Momo, Governor Johnny Pimentel, together with our municipal and barangay community leaders, for another round of consultative meetings in the municipalities of Carrascal, Carmen, Lanuza, Cortes, and tago

Pinaagi sa panaghiusa ug panagtinabangay, padayon kitang magtukod nan mas lig-on, mas malambuon, ug mas progresibong Surigao del Sur. ๐Ÿ’™
