In CSSR (Collapsed Structure Search and Rescue) operations, rescuers follow the principle:
โ๐ฆ๐๐ข๐ช ๐๐ฆ ๐ฆ๐ ๐ข๐ข๐ง๐, ๐ฆ๐ ๐ข๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฆ ๐๐๐ฆ๐งโ
Why?
During collapsed structure incidents, rushing without proper assessment can cause further collapse, injury to rescuers, or harm to trapped victims. CSSR teams move carefully, systematically, and safely to ensure every action is controlled and effective.
๐ Careful search saves lives.
๐๏ธ Proper stabilization prevents secondary collapse.
โ๏ธ Safe rescue operations lead to faster and more successful victim recovery.
In rescue operations, discipline and precision are more important than rushing.

Did you know?
A fire can double in size within minutes if not controlled immediately.
Fire spreads rapidly because heat, oxygen,
and fuel continuously interact during
combustion. Once a small flame reaches
nearby combustible materials such as
curtains, paper, wood, dry grass, or plastics,
the fire can quickly intensify and spread
throughout an area in just a short period of time.
This is why early detection, immediate
reporting, and quick response are
extremely important during fire incidents.Delaying even for a few minutes may lead to greater damage to lives, properties, and the environment.
