The Municipal Youth Development Office presents the latest compliance status of the 55 Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) in the Municipality of Catarman on their Mandatory Reportorial and Documentary Submissions, as of March 19, 2026.

Compliance with these requirements ensures that programs, projects, and activities for the youth sector are properly documented, monitored, and aligned with national policies.

As of March 10, 2026, 17 Barangay SKs have fully complied with the encoding of Monitoring and Evaluation Form 1 in the SK Web Portal, as required under Section 6, Subsection 6.2 of NYC Resolution No. 28, Ad Referendum, Series of 2023, and as supported by DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2024-061 dated April 19, 2024.
