The 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗠𝗗𝗥𝗥𝗠𝗢) successfully conducted a Disaster Preparedness Seminar for the personnel of this unit. The activity was facilitated by Mr. Mark Christian Sulit and Mr. Gimel Galang, who shared valuable knowledge and practical guidance on disaster awareness, emergency response, and safety preparedness during calamities and emergencies.

The seminar aimed to enhance the participants’ awareness and preparedness by providing them with proper knowledge and actions to take before, during, and after disasters. Through informative discussions and active participation, the activity promoted safety, readiness, and cooperation during emergency situations.

𝗣𝗔𝗚𝗣𝗨𝗚𝗔𝗬 𝗦𝗔 𝗪𝗔𝗧𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗧 𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗦

Ang BJMP Silang Municipal Jail, sa pamumuno ni 𝗝𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗣 𝗚𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗦 𝗠 𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗔, Municipal Warden, ay nakikiisa sa buong bansa sa pagdiriwang ng Araw ng Pambansang Watawat.

Nawa’y magsilbing paalala ang okasyong ito sa katapangan, pagkakaisa, at pagmamahal sa bayan na sinisimbolo ng ating watawat. Patuloy nating ipakita ang pagiging makabayan sa pamamagitan ng tapat na paglilingkod at pagmamalasakit sa kapwa at bayan.

Ang Bureau of Jail Management and Penology ay nananatiling kaisa ng sambayanang Pilipino sa pagsusulong ng pagkakaisa at pagmamahal sa ating bansa.

𝗕𝗝𝗠𝗣 𝗦𝗜𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗦 𝗠𝗦𝗘𝗖 𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

The BJMP Silang Municipal Jail, under the leadership of 𝗝𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗣 𝗚𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗦 𝗠 𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗔, Municipal Warden, conducted the Management, Screening, and Evaluation Committee (MSEC) Deliberation for the month of May 2026. The activity focused on assessing qualified Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) for the recognition of Credit for Preventive Imprisonment (CPI), as well as the grant of Good Conduct Time Allowance (GCTA) and Time Allowance for Study, Teaching, and Mentoring (TASTM).

The deliberation aims to ensure that deserving PDLs who demonstrate good behavior, participate in educational and rehabilitation programs, and comply with facility rules are properly evaluated in accordance with existing laws, policies, and regulations.

Through this activity, the BJMP continues to uphold fairness, rehabilitation, and the proper implementation of programs that support the welfare and reformation of PDLs.

The BJMP Silang Municipal Jail joins the entire Muslim community in celebrating Eid Al-Adha, one of the most sacred occasions in Islam that symbolizes faith, obedience, sacrifice, and compassion.

May this celebration serve as a reminder of the importance of unity, humility, generosity, and understanding among all people regardless of culture and belief. As we commemorate this meaningful occasion, may peace and harmony continue to prevail in our homes, workplaces, and communities.

The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology remains one with the nation in promoting respect for diversity, spiritual reflection, and solidarity with our Muslim brothers and sisters.
