In line with the ongoing Ligtas SUMVAC 2026, personnel of Inayawan Police Station 7, led by Pat El Vergel C Henardino, Assistant SCAD PNCO/Assistant Drone Pilot, under the direct supervision of 𝐏𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐘 𝐉𝐎𝐇𝐍 𝐀 𝐋𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐀𝐍, Officer-in-Charge, successfully conducted an Oplan Bandillo within their area of responsibility.

The activity focused on strengthening public awareness through the dissemination of essential information on crime prevention, anti-illegal drugs campaign, NTF-ELCAC initiatives, disaster preparedness, road safety, and responsible driving. The team also reminded the public to remain vigilant in their communities, avoid fuel hoarding, and stay alert amid the current hot weather conditions.

This proactive engagement highlights the station’s commitment to educating the public and fostering cooperation to ensure a safer environment. By bringing information directly to the community, the initiative reinforces the vital role of partnership between the police and the public in maintaining peace and order.

The activity was conducted at along Barangay Poblacion Pardo, Cebu City, starting at around 10:30 AM onwards.

This effort forms part of the continuing campaign of the Philippine National Police to intensify information dissemination, encourage active community participation, and promote a safe, orderly, and resilient community.

In line with the Ligtas SUMVAC 2026 campaign, Inayawan Police Station 7, under the direct supervision of 𝐏𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐘 𝐉𝐎𝐇𝐍 𝐀 𝐋𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐀𝐍, Acting Station Commander, successfully conducted a Libre Sakay activity aimed at assisting commuters and ensuring public safety.

The initiative was carried out through the active participation of Pat Marianito Isuga, Mobile Crew, together with Pat El Vergel C Henardino, Assistant SCAD PNCO / Assistant Drone Pilot / CITMS Focal Person.

The activity took place along Barangay Kinasang-an Road, Cebu City, at around 10:00 AM, providing free transportation to passengers affected by limited public utility vehicles and rising fuel costs.

This effort highlights the station’s commitment to easing the burden of daily commuters, promoting convenience, and maintaining a safe and secure environment throughout the ongoing Ligtas SUMVAC 2026 operations.

In line with the implementation of Ligtas SUMVAC 2026 and the continuous effort to ensure a safe and secure community, personnel of Inayawan Police Station 7 conducted an Oplan Bandillo information drive. The activity was carried out by PSSg Reco Cabatuan, Mobile Crew, together with PCpl Jomar Y Casas, SCAD PNCO/Drone Pilot, under the direct supervision of 𝐏𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐘 𝐉𝐎𝐇𝐍 𝐀 𝐋𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐀𝐍, Officer-In-Charge.

The operation focused on raising public awareness and disseminating essential information on crime prevention, the intensified campaign against illegal drugs, NTF-ELCAC initiatives, disaster preparedness, road safety, and responsible driving. It also emphasized the importance of community vigilance, the prevention of fuel hoarding, and staying alert amid the current hot weather conditions.

Through this initiative, the station aims to strengthen public cooperation, promote safety consciousness, and reinforce the partnership between the police and the community in maintaining peace and order.

The activity was conducted in the vicinity of Basak N. Bacalso, Barangay Basak Pardo, Cebu City, starting at approximately 3:30 PM onwards.

PUBLIC ADVISORY || May 5, 2026

To ensure the safe and smooth conduct of ASEAN Summit 2026 activities, temporary road closures and traffic rerouting will be implemented on May 5, 2026 (Tuesday) within Lapu-Lapu City, where convoy runs will take place.

The expected convoy movement schedules are as follows:

• 6:45 AM – 7:35 AM
• 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• 1:00 PM – 1:50 PM
• 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• 5:45 PM – 6:35 PM

Primary Affected Areas: Temporary road closures will be implemented from Maribago to Mactan Newtown and along Punta Engaño Road to Mactan Newtown.

During these windows, expect temporary road lockdowns and intermittent stoppages of vehicular movement.

Motorists are advised to plan their trips ahead, expect delays, and take alternative routes when possible.

In line with the continuous effort to ensure a safer and more secure community, Inayawan Police Station 7 actively carried out intensified anti-criminality operations under the leadership of 𝐏𝐋𝐓 𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐎𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐎 𝐃 𝐕𝐈𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐙𝐎 𝐉𝐑., Deputy Station Commander for Operations, with the direct supervision of 𝐏𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐘 𝐉𝐎𝐇𝐍 𝐀 𝐋𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐀𝐍, Officer-in-Charge.

Together with PSMS Ranier Rama, Pat Oliver Navarro, Pat Marianito Isuga Jr., and nine (9) Barangay Public Safety Officers (BPSO), the team successfully implemented Oplan Bulabog, Oplan Bakal Sita, and OPLAN PAKISANDUROT through strengthened police visibility and strategic foot patrols. These proactive measures were conducted to deter criminal activities, suppress lawless elements, and reinforce public safety within the community.

The operation covered the areas of Basak Pardo, Kinasang-an, and Cogon Pardo, conducted from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Throughout the activity, strict enforcement of existing city ordinances was observed to promote discipline, order, and compliance among residents.

Summary of Violations Addressed:

Drinking in Public: 10 individuals (warned and released)

Roaming Without T-shirt: 2 individuals (warned and released)
Rescued Minors: 8 individuals (safely assisted and released to guardians)

Total Individuals Warned/Released: 20
Grand Total: 20

In addition, a total of 30 establishments were visited to ensure adherence to local regulations, strengthen police-community relations, and remind business owners of their role in maintaining peace and order.

This operation highlights the firm commitment of Inayawan Police Station 7 in upholding public safety through consistent law enforcement, visibility, and community engagement. As part of its ongoing Spiritual Wellness and Inspirational Ministry efforts, Inayawan Police Station 7 under the direct supervision of 𝐏𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐘 𝐉𝐎𝐇𝐍 𝐀 𝐋𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐀𝐍, Acting Station Commander, successfully conducted a meaningful Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting (SWIM).

The activity was facilitated by 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐨 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐨, in collaboration with 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐠𝐨, a Life Coach and Community Adviser. The session featured an insightful reflection anchored on Jeremiah 33:3, highlighting the call to seek guidance through prayer and trust in divine wisdom in carrying out one’s responsibilities.

Held in front of the police station at Brgy. Inayawan, Cebu City at 8:10 AM, the gathering served as a moment of pause and reflection for personnel, allowing them to reconnect with their spiritual values amidst the demands of police service.

The activity fostered a supportive environment that promotes inner strength, moral clarity, and emotional resilience. It encouraged participants to uphold integrity, maintain a positive outlook, and remain steadfast in their commitment to serve the community with compassion and dedication.

Inayawan Police Station 7 warmly welcomed 𝐑𝐞𝐯. 𝐅𝐫. 𝐏𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐋𝐎𝐔 𝐍 𝐋𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐒, Regional Chaplain of PRO7, during his pastoral visit to the station. He was received by 𝐏𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐘 𝐉𝐎𝐇𝐍 𝐀 𝐋𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐀𝐍, Acting Station Commander.

The visit forms part of the chaplaincy’s ongoing pastoral program, reaching out to every station under CCPO to provide spiritual guidance and moral support to police personnel.

During the activity, 𝐑𝐞𝐯. 𝐅𝐫. 𝐏𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐋𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐒 delivered an inspiring message centered on faith, service, and integrity in law enforcement. He also led a brief moment of reflection and offered prayers for the personnel.
