Pagdiriwang ng National Disability Rights Week isinigawa sa ating bayan ng San Marcelino sa pangunguna ng ating Municipal Mayor Hon. Elmer Ragadio Soria at Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) sa pangunguna ng ating MSWDO Officer Sahra Soria at Ang ating PDAO Officer designate sir Chris Papiona Jr, ginanap ngaung araw ang National Disability Week Rights Hulyo 16 2024 sa ating Municipal Covered Court.
Nakidalo din Ang Committee Chair on Social Services Hon. SBM Apolinario Abelon, Municipal Health Office, Municipal Federation of PWD, Phil Health.
Naging matagumpay Ang celebrasyon para sa ating person with Disability.

Door to door na pagbibigay ng Social Pension para sa Senior Citizens ay isinagawa ng MSWDO at Treasury Office noong July 5,2024 sa Barangay Buhawen, San Rafael, Sta Fe at Linusungan sa Bayan ng San Marcelino.

Pagbibigay ng Social Pension for Indigent Senior Citizens beneficiary of San Marcelino ay isinigawa ngaung araw July 4, 2024 na pinangunahan ng ating butihing Ama ng Bayan Hon. Elmer Ragadio Soria, Sangguniang Bayan Member Hon. Pollie Abelon, Municipal Social Welfare And Development Officer Ma'am Sahra V. Soria at kanyang mga staff, kasama din Ang Treasury na pinangungunahan ni Ma'am Eleanor Damaso at kanyang mga staff.
Ang naturang Social pension Ang ibinibigay sa mga indigent beneficiary of Senior Citizen sa bayan bayan ng San Marcelino na may bilang na 776 beneficiaries ito ay ibinibigay quarterly kada taon.

-Child Friendly Local Government Audit(CFLGA)
-Municipal Inter Agency Committee(MIAC)
The meeting is attended by our Municipal Mayor Hon. Elmer Ragadio Soria, Sangguniang bayan member Committee Chair on Women and Family and Children Hon. Apolinario Abelon, MLGOO-VI Ms. Sheryl Ann Dungca, Department Heads, Punong Barangays, and Barangay Kagawads, this meeting is headed by our Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer Ms. Sahra V. Soria. This meeting was held at Old SB Session Hall of Municipality of San Marcelino Zambales.

Pagbibigay ng Birthday Cash Incintives para sa Senior Citizens sa buwan ng Marso, Abril at Mayo ay isinagawa noong Ika 13 ng Hunyo 2024 na pinangunahan ng atıng butihing ama ng bayan, Hon. Elmer R. Soria kasama Ang Committe on Social welfare Hon. APolinario Abelon kasama din Ang MSWDO na pinangungunahan ng ating Social welfare and Development Officer madam Sahra V.
