Pormal nang nanumpa sa tungkulin sa Supreme Court of the Philippines ang mayorya ng mga bagong halal na Members of Parliament (MPs) na bumubuo sa koalisyon ng Bangsamoro Federalist Party (BFP), Serbisyong Inklusibo Alyansang Progresibo (SIAP), Non-Moro Indigenous Peoples (NMIP) representatives, at mga kaalyadong MPs mula sa United Bangsamoro Justice Party (UBJP).

Kasama si Chief Minister Hon. MP Abdulraof “Sammy Gambar” A. Macacua, nanumpa ang mga MPs sa harap ni Supreme Court Associate Justice Japar B. Dimaampao, na siyang nangasiwa sa panunumpa, bilang paghahanda sa pormal nilang pag-upo sa First Regular Bangsamoro Parliament.

Isinagawa ang panunumpa matapos pormal na iulat ng Chief Minister sa Pangulo kahapon, October 2, 2026, ang pagkakabuo ng isang Coalition Government, kung saan mayorya ng mga miyembro ng Bangsamoro Parliament ang sumapi sa koalisyong pinangungunahan ng BFP.

Ang panunumpa ay bahagi ng mga kinakailangang proseso bago pormal na gampanan ng mga halal na opisyal ang kanilang mandato. Isa rin itong mahalagang hakbang sa paglipat mula sa Bangsamoro Transition Authority tungo sa First Regular Bangsamoro Parliament matapos ang makasaysayang September 14, 2026 Bangsamoro Parliamentary Elections.

Nagsama-sama sa koalisyon ang mga halal na kinatawan mula sa iba’t ibang partido at sektor upang buuin ang Government of the Day at isang matatag at gumaganang parliamentary government.

Magpapatuloy ang paghahanda para sa makasaysayang inaugural session ng First Regular Bangsamoro Parliament at pagtitibay ng mga pangunahing prayoridad ng bagong Bangsamoro Government.

The Bangsamoro Federalist Party (BFP) announces that we have secured the support of 46 of the 80 members of the Bangsamoro Parliament, together with our coalition partners, constituting a clear majority in the First Regular Bangsamoro Parliament.

With this development, we are now prepared to move forward with the organization of the Government of the Day. Following this, we will prepare for the historic inaugural session of the First Regular Bangsamoro Parliament and work with our coalition partners to firm up the priorities of the first regular Bangsamoro Government, ensuring that we are ready to govern and deliver from the outset.

We thank our coalition partners and our fellow elected Members of Parliament for their trust, cooperation, and collective commitment to put the interests of the Bangsamoro people above political differences. This coming together reflects our shared responsibility to ensure a stable, inclusive, and functioning government that can immediately respond to the needs and aspirations of our people.

As we enter this historic new chapter in Bangsamoro self-governance, we look forward to working together and serving our people through a coalition government founded on shared responsibility and our common aspiration for peace, good governance, and the continued upliftment of the lives of the Bangsamoro people.
