Dako kaayo ang ilang pasalamat kang Konsehal Benyong Matugas, Kap Juan Camanse ug ma'am Eva sa Barangay Bayabas ung kang Konsehal Lita, Kap Jun ug Konsehal Pining Alerta, Engr. Rosette Villaflor, Konsehal Cindy Pedrosa, ug ni Atty. Maryglee Delicano sa Barangay Tuburan Sur nga mainiton nga miabi-abi ug nag-invite kanila aron makig-uban sa kasaulogan. Ang inyong pagdapit dili lang simbolo sa panaghigalaay, kundili timaan sa lig-on nga koneksyon tali sa liderato ug komunidad.

Ang fiesta dili lamang pista ug panagtapok kini usa ka pagpasalamat sa Ginoo, pagpalig-on sa pagtuo, ug pagpanghangop sa usag usa isip usa ka pamilya. Sa matag pag-abiabi, makita ang tinuod nga espiritu sa pagkahiusang Danawanon.

Padayon ang paghiusa, pagtoo, ug pag-amuma sa atong komunidad.

Malampusong gipahigayon karung adlawa ang Distribution of Tanod Kits alang sa mga Barangay Public Safety Officers (BPSOs) gikan sa 42 ka barangay sa Dakbayan sa Danao, usa ka inisyatiba ni Vice Mayor Ivy Durano aron mapalig-on pa ang kahanduman ug kapasidad sa atong mga frontliners sa komunidad sa pagmintinar sa kalinaw ug kahapsay.

Mikuyog sa maong kalihukan sila Mayor Ramon “Nito” Durano III, mga miyembro sa Sangguniang Panlungsod nga sila Roland Perez, Adano Roble, ug Paulino Viscayno, ingon man si Danao City Chief of Police PLTCOL Henrix Bancoleta.

Sa wala pa ang distribution, mipahigayon usab ang Philippine National Police – Danao City og Training and Refresher Seminar alang sa atong mga BPSOs aron mapalawom pa ang ilang kahibalo isip first responders, hustong pagdumala sa crime scene ug ebidensya, lawful arresting techniques, ug basic police procedures.

Kini nga paningkamot nagpadayon sa pagpalig-on sa 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮 ni Mayor Nito Durano ilabi na ang koneksyon tali sa lokal nga kagamhanan, law enforcement, ug matag barangay aron mas mapadali ug mapalig-on ang serbisyo alang sa katawhan. Pinaagi sa panaghiusa ug koordinasyon, mas naprotektahan ang matag pamilya ug komunidad sa Danao.

Dako usab ang pagpasalamat sa Cebu Provincial Government ubos sa liderato ni Governor Pam Baricuatro alang sa suporta ug pondo nga gigahin para sa kaluwasan ug kaayohan sa matag Danawanon.

Kining maong inisyatiba usa ka pagpamatuod nga kon adunay lig-on nga panaghiusa tali sa barangay, kapulisan, ug lokal nga panggamhanan, mas mahimong luwas, andam, ug konektado ang Dakbayan sa Danao.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗼. 𝟮𝟭𝟭-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 titled “A Resolution Declaring the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Annual Budget, Calendar Year 2026 of Barangay Cagat-Lamac as operative” (Author: Hon. Roland M. Perez)

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗼. 𝟮𝟭𝟮-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 titled “A Resolution Granting Authority to the City Mayor to enter into a Usufruct Agreement with the Provincial Government for the portion of Lot No. 7622 CAD 681-D with TCT No. 108-2023000022 under Tax Declaration No. 19-00801441A and Property Identification No. 043-01-008-02-336 located in Barangay Cambanay, Danao City for the construction of a warehouse with a floor area of at least 1000 square meters” (Author: Hon. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗼. 𝟮𝟭𝟯-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 titled “A Resolution Approving the request of Dr. Arturo B. Bayocot, CESO III, Department of Education (DepEd), Region VII – Central Visayas for financial assistance in the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱50,000.00) to be charged under Other MOOE Account of the City Mayor’s Office to support Region VII’s participation in the 2026 Palarong Pambansa to be held in Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur on May 24-31, 2026” (Author: Hon. The Sangguniang Panlungsod officially commended the Danao City Police Station led by PLTCOL Henrix P Bancoleta for their outstanding performance in law enforcement.

The commendation stem from the station’s stellar accomplishment in local crime prevention particularly in the effective campaign against illegal drugs, loose fi****ms, and wanted persons. Under the active leadership of PLTCOL Bancoleta, the station has been recognized for its high-performance evaluation rating garnered 8 various awards from the Cebu Police Provincial Office, demonstrating dedication, discipline, and professional competence in upholding public safety.

Moreover, in sincere recognition of years of dedicated, courageous, and unwavering service of PLT Wenceslao B Salimbangon to the nation and to the people of Danao City, the Sangguniang Panlungsod commended and congratulated him for a job well done and a well-deserved retirement.
