𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧 𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗠 🌸

The Davao City Women's Wide Federation, together with the CSWDO Davao Social Workers, shared their time and generosity with the female Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) of Davao City Jail–Female Dormitory through an outreach program today. 🤝

The activity included the distribution of toiletries and other essential personal care items, a short program, and a facility tour to better understand the living conditions of the female PDLs. 🧴

Thank you for your kindness and support in promoting the welfare of our PDLs.

LOOK | The Davao City Jail Female Dormitory warmly welcomed the Barangay Council of Barangay Bato for their Lakbay Aral and Educational Tour Visit. The activity aimed to provide visitors with firsthand knowledge and deeper understanding of the operations, programs, and services of the BJMP in promoting rehabilitation, transformation, and public service.

Through this activity, the livelihood products made by our Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) were also showcased, allowing the visitors to support their handcrafted products and helping the PDLs earn profit through their skills and livelihood initiatives.

The Summer League culminated with a successful championship game and closing program, bringing together Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) in a spirit of teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy competition.

More than just a series of games, this activity served as a meaningful avenue to promote physical wellness, strengthen camaraderie, foster discipline and unity, and support the rehabilitation and well-being of PDLs through positive recreational engagement.

Through sports, we continue to encourage personal growth, boost morale, and create opportunities for positive change within the facility.

𝗗𝗜𝗖𝗧-𝗫𝗜 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗦 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗩𝗔 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗣𝗗𝗟𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗗𝗖𝗝𝗙𝗗

Twenty (20) Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) of Davao City Jail – Female Dormitory successfully completed the Basic Graphic Design Using Canva Training conducted by DICT-XI. 💻

The training was facilitated by DICT-XI Resource Person and Trainer Ms. Immardelle Lasquite, with assistance from Mr. Selwyn Kyle Clarido and JO1 Dianne Llego. Through lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on activities, participants learned the basic functions and features of Canva and showcased their outputs with enthusiasm. 🎨✨

The activity strengthened the participants’ creativity and digital literacy, supporting their continuous learning and future opportunities upon reintegration into society. 👏
