𝟏𝟏𝟎𝟓𝐂𝐃𝐂 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐛𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞

𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲-- The 1105CDC, 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA under the leadership of COL REANDREW P RUBIO INF (GSC) PA facilitated the Mustering of Standby Division (Res), PA with BGEN LEONCIO A CIRUNAY JR AFP (RES), Commander, 111st Standby Division (Res), PA at Hqs 1105CDC, 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA on May 30, 2026.

During the mustering, COL RUBIO presented updates on the Reserve Force and ROTC Program and current thrusts and programs.

Afterwhich, the participants expressed their full support to the unit and for the Reserve Force Development through the Signing of Commitment.

‎𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲- The 1105CDC, 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA under the leadership of COL REANDREW P RUBIO INF (GSC) PA with the guidance of COL CALIXTO D CADANO JR ART (GSC) PA, Group Commander, 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA facilitated the establishment of Reservist Mobilization Center for Calinan District at Brgy Poblacion Calinan, Calinan District, Davao City with COL ROMEO N BAUTISTA III GSC (INF) PA, ADC for Reservist and Retiree Affairs, 10ID, PA on May 27, 2026.

‎The event was also witnessed by COL RONALDO G VALDEZ MNSA (INF) PA, DBC, 1003Bde, LTC RODRIGO L RIVAMONTE GSC PA (RES), CO, 1105RRIBn, TFD, 27IB, PNP, retired military personnel, local media and Brgy Officials and functionaries headed by Brgy Captain Pedrito C. Angco of Brgy Poblacion Calinan. Afterwhich, the participants signed in the Wall of Commitment as an expression of full support to the Reserve Force Development.

The establishment of a Mobilization Center was embodied in the Section 61 of RA 7077 (AFP Reservist Act of 1991). This center basically serves as a venue where the reservist personnel, retired military personnel, and members of the Standby Reserve will report in case of emergency, mobilization, mustering, updating of reservist records, and other related matters on Reserve Force.

‎Further, this initiative is part of the current Command Thrusts and Programs of the Reserve Command, Philippine Army.

Reservist personnel attend Counter IED Training

Davao City- Four (4) reservist personnel from 1105RRIBn successfully completed the five (5) days Counter IED Training with COL RODRIGO A MARIÑAS MNSA (INF) PA, Commander, TFD, 10ID, PA as Keynote Speaker held at Headquarters Task Force Davao, 10ID Sta Ana Wharf, Brgy Leon Garcia, Davao City on May 25, 2026.

On the other hand, COL REANDREW P RUBIO INF (GSC) PA, Director, 1105CDC, 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA commended the reservist personnel for their volunteerism in joining the training and steadfast commitment to service.

𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲- The 1105CDC, 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA under the leadership of COL REANDREW P RUBIO INF (GSC) PA together with 21 reservist personnel from 1105RRIBn participated in the American Legion Post 66 Memorial Day Ceremony at Filipino-American Veterans Masonic Cemetery Brgy Bankerohan, Davao City with BGEN LEONCIO A CIRUNAY JR AFP RET, Commander, 111st Standby Division Reserve, PA as Guest of Honor and Speaker (GOHAS) on May 25, 2026.

The ceremony was also attended by the members and families of American Legion Post 66 led by its Post Commander Terry Robbins and some local media.

Further, Memorial Day Celebration is more than a tradition. It is a reminder of the price paid by those who came before us.

1105CDC attends Brgy Session

Davao City- COL REANDREW P RUBIO INF (GSC) PA, Director, 1105CDC, 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA and MSg Glenn L Antes (Inf) PA, Chief Clerk, 1105CDC attended the Brgy Session of Brgy Poblacion Calinan, Calinan District, Davao City on May 21, 2026.

During the session, COL RUBIO was given the privilege to discuss the unit mission, Ready Reserve Units and ROTC Program status and significant updates, current thrusts and programs, importance and purpose of establishing Reservist Mobilization Center and Citizen Military Training Center, and other related matters.

Further, the said Council has approved to issue a Brgy Resolution for the said Mobilization Center.

‎𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲- As part of promoting the ROTC Program, COL REANDREW P RUBIO INF (GSC) PA, Director, 1105CDC, 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA appeared for radio interview at Radio Pilipinas 1 (RP1) Davao Station in Brgy Bangkal, Davao City with Ms Dang Sabdani-Jumala as host on May 18, 2026.

‎COL RUBIO thanked the RP1 Davao for the opportunity to discuss the significant updates of the unit and current implementation of the ROTC Program.

‎Further, the ROTC Program has proven to be effective in instilling discipline among the youth, promote patriotism, and potential sources of the Reserve Force in the country.

𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲-‎The 1105th Community Defense Center, 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA facilitated the Closing Ceremony of the Cyber Security Operations Training held at Headquarters 1105CDC, Brgy 76-A SIR, Bucana, Davao City. The activity was graced by COL ELMER H OCAMPO GSC (SC) PA, Assistant Chief of Staff for C4S, G6, 10ID, represented by.MAJ KRIS MARIE B SARAUSAS (SC) PA Chief, Cyber Management Section, AC of Staff for C4S, G6, 10ID, who served as the keynote speaker. The training highlighted the importance of strengthening cyber security awareness and operational readiness among personnel on May 16, 2026.

‎𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲- Reservist personnel from 1105RRIBn and 1105CDC, together with 12 ROTC Cadets from University of Mindanao and Rizal Memorial Colleges, actively participated in separate Blood Donation Programs held in Davao City. The activities were initiated by Task Force Davao and Commission on Audit Regional Office XI, promoting volunteerism, community service, and support to lifesaving efforts on May 9 and 14, 2026.
