Sometimes, the hardest struggles are the ones we do not see.

Behind a smile, a laugh, or a simple response may be pain that someone is not yet ready to talk about. This Su***de Prevention Month, let us listen with compassion, notice the signs, and create spaces where people feel safe to speak honestly and seek help.

Join us for Behind the β€œOkay Ra Ko”: Changing the Narrative on Su***de, a free webinar on su***de prevention.

This World Su***de Prevention Day, let us turn awareness into action.

Mangumusta. Maminaw nga walay pagjudge. Magpabilin sa ilang kiliran. Ug motabang kanila nga makakonekta sa hustong suporta.

Sometimes, a person does not need perfect advice. They need someone who will take their pain seriously and remind them that they do not have to face it alone.

If life feels too heavy, please reach out. Your pain deserves support, and your story does not have to end today.

Kumusta ka? Istorya β€˜ta.

This Su***de Prevention Month, let’s remember that prevention can begin before a crisis becomes visible.

Sometimes it starts with noticing a change. Sometimes with asking a difficult but caring question. Sometimes with simply staying, listening, and helping someone connect to support.

You do not need to have all the answers to make a difference. Being present, taking warning signs seriously, and knowing when to reach out can already be meaningful steps toward safety.

Notice. Ask. Listen. Connect.
Small actions can become life-saving ones.

From evidence to action, matag conversation ug matag connection mahimong importante.

A new month does not mean everything has to suddenly feel better. Sometimes, it simply gives us another chance to begin again, gently, at our own pace.

May this month bring a little more peace, strength, hope, and lighter days. And when things feel too heavy, remember that reaching out for support is always okay.

One day at a time. One moment at a time.

Daghang Salamat!
