Shaping the youth today builds a stronger tomorrow for the community
Young individuals from Barangay Manuel Guianga and Sto. NiƱo successfully completed a 5-day intensive training as part of the first-ever Junior First Responder Course. Their dedication, bravery, and eagerness to gain knowledge truly stood out, proving their readiness to become instruments of service in times of need.
Throughout the training, they consistently demonstrated discipline, openness to learning and determination to improve. Despite their young age, they embodied the true spirit of volunteerism, showing resilience and commitment in overcoming every challenge presented during the program.
This initiative would not have been possible without the unwavering support of Hon. Vanessa S. Ayog, whose trust in the youth and sharing inspiring message during the closing ceremony uplifted and motivated the participants.
Sincere appreciation is also extended to Hon. Jay Colmo and the Sangguniang Kabataan - Manuel Guianga for their continued dedication to empowering the youth and promoting their growth, welfare, and active role in the community.

Hawak mo ang beat?
Data has shown that the majority of cardiac arrests occur outside the hospital. Critical decisions and quick actions by the pre-hospital provider and the community could be the reason someone's heart is still beating.
Making our commitment real and effective, members of the Manuel Guianga EMS completed the BLS and ACLS training conducted by Southern Philippines Medical Center-Emergency Medicine Department under the Philippine Heart Association.
To Sangguniang Kabataan - Manuel Guianga and to our SKC Jay Colmo, thank you for your continuous support and effort in lifting the standard of pre-hospital care in the barangay.
Let's advocate to be the reason for a beating heart.
