With grateful hearts and empowered spirits, we proudly share that 𝗨𝗦𝗲𝗣 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗩𝗔𝗡 1.0: 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗼, 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗼! was a resounding success!

Led by the Obrero Student Council – Commission on Elections (OSC–COMELEC) in collaboration with the Obrero Student Council, and in partnership with the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Davao First District, this initiative brought voter registration services closer to the youth and the community at the University of Southeastern Philippines.

From early morning until late afternoon, USePians showed up with one goal in mind—to take the first step in shaping the nation’s future. First-year students, transferees, unregistered voters, and even residents from nearby barangays answered the call. Because of your participation, more voices are now ready to be heard. More futures are now secured.

This caravan was more than just a registration drive. It was a powerful reminder that change begins with participation. It proved that today’s youth are not indifferent—they are informed, involved, and ready to lead. Each accomplished form, each verified ID, and each newly registered voter represents hope for a more inclusive and empowered democracy.

To everyone who registered, supported, volunteered, and partnered with us—maraming salamat! Your presence made this initiative meaningful and impactful. Together, we turned intention into action.

This is only the beginning. Let us continue to stand for civic engagement, responsibility, and active citizenship.

Please be informed of the following important updates regarding the ongoing USeP Caravan 1.0:

Students and personnel who wish to register or update their voter information outside their home district or office are advised to do so before 2:30 PM today. The Register Anywhere Program will no longer accept transactions after this time.

✅ 𝑫𝒂𝒗𝒂𝒐 𝑪𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 — 𝑬𝒙𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒅 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑯𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔

For individuals registered under Davao City's 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Districts, regular voter registration will continue to be available until 4:30 PM. You may proceed at your most convenient time within the remaining registration hours.

𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐍𝐎𝐖 | Students and nearby residents troop to the University Gym and Cultural Center (UGCC) today, March 2, as the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) officially rolls out Caravan 1.0: “Kabataang Rehistrado, Kinabukasang Sigurado!”

The whole-day voter registration drive, spearheaded by the Obrero Student Council–Commission on Elections (OSC-COMELEC) in collaboration with the Obrero Student Council (OSC) and in partnership with the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Davao First District, aims to bring registration services directly to the youth and strengthen democratic engagement.

The on-campus registration drive runs until 5:00 p.m. today at the UGCC, giving students and nearby residents ample time to secure their voter registration before the cut-off.

The Obrero Student Council–Commission on Elections (OSC-COMELEC), in collaboration with the Obrero Student Council (OSC) and in partnership with the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Davao First District, will launch USeP Caravan 1.0: “Kabataang Rehistrado, Kinabukasang Sigurado!” tomorrow, March 2, at the University Gym and Cultural Center (UGCC).

The whole-day voter registration activity, scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., aims to make the registration process more accessible to students of the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP), particularly first-year students and those who have not yet enlisted as voters.

Only one valid ID is required for registration. Accepted IDs include the PhilSys National ID, Postal ID, PWD ID, Student’s ID or Library Card, Senior Citizen’s ID, Driver’s License or Student Permit, NBI Clearance, Philippine Passport, SSS, GSIS, PRC, IBP or UMID ID, NCIP Certificate of Confirmation, and other government-issued valid IDs. Cedula, Barangay ID and certificate, Company ID, and Police Clearance are not accepted.

The caravan is also open to residents of nearby communities, including Barangay 17-B, Barangay 18-B, and Barangay Agdao Proper, expanding the initiative’s reach beyond the university.

In line with the registration drive, a Voter’s Education Symposium will be conducted on March 6 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the same venue. The session will provide participants with essential information on voting procedures, election protocols, and responsible electoral participation.

Student leaders said the twin activities aim to strengthen early civic engagement, emphasizing that meaningful change begins with registration and informed participation.
