Please be advised that a 𝐬𝐢𝐱-𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 transition period is hereby implemented, during which the attachment of 𝙁𝙖𝙧𝙢 𝙊𝙬𝙣𝙚𝙧/𝙎𝙝𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙧'𝙨 𝘾𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙄𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙎𝙡𝙖𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝘼𝙣𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙨 𝙒𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙬𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙮-𝙛𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨 (𝟐𝟒-𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨) will not be mandatory for the Local Shipping Permit applications.

Applications submitted without certification within this period 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙗𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙙.

Compliance with the full requirements under DA AO No.5 s.2019 will be strictly enforced after the transition period.

𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟱.𝟵.𝟭𝟳.𝟮 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗔 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼.𝟱, 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟵:

✅️ All animals for slaughter shall be shipped directly to a slaughterhouse/ abattoir approved by NMIS.
✅️ Animals must be accompanied by a certificate stating that animals are for immediate slaughter.
✅️ Animals must be slaughtered within twenty-four (24) hours from the arrival at slaughterhouse.
