Various Iskolars from different barangays across the Municipality of Dinalupihan came together to participate in the annual International Coastal Clean-Up Day, demonstrating their commitment to environmental protection, community service, and responsible citizenship.
Following the recent flooding incidents brought by the Habagat, Iskolars stood alongside their fellow Dinalupiheรฑos in helping clean up the waste, debris, and other residues left behind by the floods. Through their collective efforts in different areas and barangays, they contributed to restoring the cleanliness and orderliness of affected communities.
Beyond keeping our surroundings clean, this initiative also highlights the importance of unity, bayanihan, and active participation in addressing environmental concerns. As Iskolars, we recognize that our responsibility extends beyond our academic pursuits. We are also part of a community that needs our compassion, cooperation, and willingness to serve, especially during times of recovery. And we hope, as much as how we were resilient in times of hardships and disasters, we also hope for the better. After all, we all deserve a safe community to live in, a cleaner environment, and a healthy future.
Together, let us continue to take part in meaningful initiatives that protect our environment, strengthen our communities, and inspire others to become active stewards of a cleaner and safer Dinalupihan.
