Thank you Philam Paaralan Foundation a partner of Angat Buhay of Vice President Lenny Robredo. Constructed state-of-the-art classroom buildings complete with relevant facilities and instructional equipment in Cagaut Elementary School. Education cannot wait.

The Covid-19 pandemic has shown the importance of being a Healthy Community. Even though it puts us under pressure, we act on time. We've constructed Salcedo's permanent quarantine/isolation facility. Thank you to the National Government, Provincial Government, and Local Government Unit of Salcedo for shared efforts and partnerships.

We made it complete! To all of our efforts, good partnerships, and our provincial government, the Cantomoja-Cagaut-Boundary of Sta. Cruz Road Concreting was finished, including the Cagaut bridge. This is for all of us, Salcedonhons! Pakaingatan po natin ito.

In compliance with our Approved 10-year Solid Waste Management Plan, we purchased and distributed Basura Patrol Chariots to our Barangays for solid waste management and as assistance vehicle in times of emergencies or disasters. More to come Salcedonhons!

The DTI Cities and Competitive Index ranked Salcedo as 2nd in Most Competitive LGU in Governance Efficiency Pillar among all 5th-6th class Municipalities Nationwide. Thank you to all of our local functionaries. We can do it again!

We have KABUHAYAN CENTER from the incentive of being a Seal of Good Local Governance 2017 awardee.

With continued hard work despite challenges, as SGLG 2018 awardee, we were given a chance to improve and rehabilitate our OLD PUBLIC MARKET as our new DRY MARKET using our SGLG 2018 Performance Challenge Fund Incentive.

We constructed 12 ADDITIONAL MARKET STALLS from the Incentive of SGLG 2016 Performance Challenge Fund.

Another dream came to reality. SMDC-CFC-ANCOP-LGU Salcedo Housing Project - SALCEDOVILLE from start to finish.

Water System Facility in the Municipality of Salcedo.
In 2014, Mayor himself inspected how our water system works, and he found out that only one is functioning in our three water reservoirs. Our water source is open; when it rains, the watercolor turns brown because of the soil, and the filtration system does not have the capacity to clear it. Aside from that, another concern was the expensive cost per cubic meter. He appreciated what needed to improve and needs to be fixed and done with the help of the water system officers.
We know that water is essential. It is the main priority in our development programs how we can address the perennial problem of our water system, and especially its quality. The LGU-Salcedo invested a million pesos from our Annual Investment Program for a Water Clarifier System and other water system improvements. Now, let us see the difference. It was again another milestone for the Municipality of Salcedo. Let us help one another.

The Seal of Good Local Governance symbolizes integrity and good performance of local governments. Being a Grand Slam Awardee of the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) for four consecutive years (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019) demonstrates good leadership ability and dealings with our constituents. Let's not stop just being good. Let's make sure we have the best governance.
For the past four consecutive years, we received 10.5 Million Pesos from the Performance Challenge Fund (PCF) as SGLG Incentive.
In 2016, we were given 3 Million Pesos, and now we have additional 12 Stalls in our Market.
In 2017, we were given 2Million Pesos for our Kabuhayan Center,
In 2018, 3.2 Million Pesos for the rehabilitation/reconstruction of our old Public Market.
And for the year 2019, 2.3 Million pesos were allocated for additional rescue/ambulance vehicle.
