A Celebration of Creativity, Culture, and Youth Empowerment ๐จโจ
The recently concluded Visual Arts Workshops held at Barangay Small Margus and Barangay Calpidong were truly inspiring and meaningful experiences for our young artists and the entire community.
Over the past couple of weeks, we witnessed not only the enthusiasm of the participants but also the discovery of incredible talents and artistic potentials waiting to be nurtured. These workshops became a platform where young individuals were able to express themselves creatively, build confidence, and further develop their passion for visual arts. Through this initiative, we continue to aim for the empowerment of our youth by providing opportunities and spaces where their skills and creativity can flourish even more.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Hon. Mayor Tata Yap for believing in and continuously supporting our Youth Artists. Your support to programs like this is deeply appreciated, especially because Glan is rich in culture, heritage, and artistic identity. Supporting the arts means preserving and strengthening the soul of our community for future generations.
Our sincerest thanks also go to Magโglang Visual Art Guild, our major partner in making this program possible. Your dedication, passion, and guidance played a huge role in the success of these workshops.
To all the SK Councils who exerted great effort in encouraging and mobilizing the youth to participate, thank you for your unwavering support and commitment to youth development. Your collaboration helped create an environment where young talents felt seen, valued, and inspired.
As we conclude these successful workshops, our hearts are filled with gratitude and fulfillment. Seeing the smiles, growth, creativity, and confidence of our young participants reminds us why initiatives like this truly matter. This is only the beginning, and we look forward to creating more opportunities that will continue to inspire, foster and empower the artists of Glan. ๐๐จ

๐๐๐๐๐ฅ ๐ถ๐ ๐ป๐ผ๐ ๐๐๐๐ฅ!
Congratulations to our dedicated and award-winning SK Chairperson, ๐๐ข๐ก. ๐๐๐ฌ ๐. ๐ ๐๐ก๐๐๐ญ, for successfully passing the ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ก ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ข๐๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐๐ฑ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ซ๐ฌ (๐๐๐) administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). This achievement is a clear reflection of his dedication, persistence, and steadfast commitment to his profession.
For a long time, we have been calling our SK Chairperson "๐ช๐๐๐" instead of "๐ช๐๐๐๐" because it's shorter to type and easier to pronounce. Unwittingly, we have been manifesting this very moment all alongโhim becoming a "๐ช๐๐๐," short for "๐ป๐๐๐๐๐๐."
Balancing the demanding responsibilities of the Sangguniang Kabataan with the rigors of becoming an educator was no small task. Yet, through exceptional discipline and unwavering focus, he flourished in both worlds. His deep-rooted passion for teaching and dedication to his studies have finally led him to this milestone.
We, the youth, are unfathomably proud of you, our newly Licensed Professional Teacher. Your accomplishment is an inspiration to us all, proving that with determination and commitment, any dream can be realized.
We look forward to witnessing your continued success in the teaching profession, as we welcome another professional to the Sanggunian. Once again, Congratulations, Cher!
