🌟 INVESTING IN THE YOUTH, BUILDING THE FUTURE OF GLAN! 🌟

The Municipality of Glan successfully conducted the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP) Formulation for Fiscal Year 2027, held on September 15–17, 2026 at East Asia Royal Hotel.

More than a planning activity, the 3-day workshop became a meaningful avenue for SK officials to reflect, envision, and strategically plan programs and projects that respond to the real needs, aspirations, and potential of the youth in their respective barangays.

The activity was made more meaningful through the valuable support and guidance of our partners in youth governance.

🎤 Engr. Harriet S. Destacamento, LGOO II
DILG Province of Sarangani

📌 “Strengthening Youth Governance Through Comprehensive ABYIP Formulation: A Workshop for the SK of Glan for FY 2027”

His session highlighted the importance of good youth governance, participatory planning, and a comprehensive ABYIP that transforms the voices and priorities of young people into meaningful programs and investments.

🎤 Mr. John Salvador Demdam

📌 “Vision to Impact: Planning with the Mindset of an Effective Youth Leader”

His session inspired our young leaders to think beyond activities—to create a clear vision, purposeful plans, and concrete actions that can generate meaningful and lasting impact in their communities.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to our MLGOO, Ma'am Maria Fritzie A. Español, for her full support and active encouragement in making this important youth development initiative possible. Her continued support strengthens our efforts to promote responsive, participatory, and effective youth governance in the Municipality of Glan. 💙

ABYIP is not merely a requirement. It is a commitment. A commitment to ensure that every plan, program, and investment is anchored on the real needs of the youth and contributes to their growth, empowerment, leadership, and meaningful participation in community development.

As our SK leaders look toward FY 2027, may every plan become an opportunity, every investment become an impact, and every young leader become a catalyst for positive change.

Together, let us build a more responsive, empowered, and youth-centered Municipality of Glan.🌴🌴🌴

The recently concluded Visual Arts Workshops held at Barangay Small Margus and Barangay Calpidong were truly inspiring and meaningful experiences for our young artists and the entire community.

Over the past couple of weeks, we witnessed not only the enthusiasm of the participants but also the discovery of incredible talents and artistic potentials waiting to be nurtured. These workshops became a platform where young individuals were able to express themselves creatively, build confidence, and further develop their passion for visual arts.
