✨THIRD QUARTER LOCAL MUNICIPAL NUTRITION COUNCIL MEETING✨

The Local Government Unit of Gutalac, led by Municipal Mayor Eddie Justin Quimbo, successfully conducted its 3rd Quarter Municipal Nutrition Council Meeting. The gathering brought together key officials, dedicated health and nutrition workers, and partner stakeholders to advance our commitment to nutrition, health and wellness across the municipality.

The meeting provided a vital platform to strengthen coordination, review ongoing nutrition programs, and map out responsive strategies to ensure quality, accessible nutrition services reaches every Gutalacnon.

Key highlights and updates presented by the Municipal Nutrition Office for this quarter include:
• 🎉 Successful Nutrition Month Celebration – Celebrating milestones in community health education and engagement.
• ⚖️ Operation Timbang Plus (Reweighing of Children 0–59 months old) – Continuously tracking the growth and nutritional status of our toddlers.
• 🍎 Targeted Assistance for Undernourished Children – Providing direct intervention and care for vulnerable children.
• 📦 Commodity Distribution – Reaching families with Ready-to-Use Supplementary Food (RUSF) and vital nutritional supplies.

🌿🍅 Celebrating local bounty and creativity at the 2026 Agri Booth Display Contest! 🌽🧺

Our community came alive with color, fresh produce, and incredible craftsmanship for this year's Nutrition Month celebration. Guided by the theme, "Sa PPAN: Sama-sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat! Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan," this event was made a grand success through the strong leadership of the Municipal Nutrition Council, headed by our dedicated Municipal Chairperson, Mayor Eddie Justin T. Quimbo! 💚

Congratulations to all our talented participants who took home well-deserved certificates and cash prizes:
