Executive Order No. 70 -adopts a Whole-of-Nation Approach to achieve lasting peace and development. It created the NTF-ELCAC, uniting government, LGUs, and communities to deliver services, end local armed conflict, and promote progress.

What is the main purpose of Executive Order No 70 NTF-ELCAC?
The National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) is a task force organized by the government of the Philippines to respond to and raise awareness of the ongoing communist rebellion in the Philippines.

NUEVA ECIJA — In line with Executive Order No. 70 or the Whole-of-Nation Approach to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (ELCAC), the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3 (RMFB3) successfully facilitated the withdrawal of support of Ten Former Supporters of the Communist Terrorist Group (CTG) during a ceremony held at the 303rd Maneuver Company Headquarters on May 28, 2026.

Under the decisive leadership of PBGEN JESS B MENDEZ, Regional Director, PRO 3 and Chairperson of the RTF-ELCAC 3 TWG, the campaign for lasting peace in Central Luzon continues to gain momentum.

This success highlights the effective collaboration within the Joint Regional Task Force 3 (JRTF3) and the unwavering commitment of our police force to encourage rebels to return to the fold of the law.

We remain dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of our communities through community-based engagement and strategic peace initiatives.
