The Municipality of Janiuay, Iloilo proudly announces Her Majesty, QUEEN Ysabelle Magno Palabrica I, as the KAPISTAHAN QUEEN 2025.

Ysabelle is the daughter of Bingawan Mayor Mark Plagata Palabrica and JeAn Magno Palabrica, a native of Janiuay, Iloilo. She is also the granddaughter of the late Juanito Armada Magno and Daphne Deloria Magno of Janiuay, Iloilo.

Her consort, KING Antoine Bernard David Talamera Cormary, is the son of Claudette Anne Talamera Cormary, a former Janiuay Fiesta Queen, and French national Yann Cormary. Antoine is the grandson of former Janiuay Vice Mayor Ma. Cleofas “Titing” Gabarra Talamera and the late former Janiuay OIC-Mayor Tony Talamera.

Queen Ysabelle will be officially crowned on January 28, 2025, at the Janiuay Municipal Astrodome in Janiuay, Iloilo.
