SK San Rafael and PYAP San Rafael proudly participated in the Children's Congress 2025, a vibrant celebration of children's rights and participation in local governance, held at Iriga City Sports Center Earlier Today December 12, 2025.

Led by the City Social Welfare and Development Office, headed by MARIDEL C. VERROSA, RSW, this event promoted a safe and supportive environment for children to thrive.

Today, the PYAP San Rafael Officers & Members, led by Charlene Mae Ilano, collaborated with the SK Council, headed by Hon. Jomar Malonda for a successful clean-up drive and road clearing at the barangay hall and surrounding roads. Together, we are committed to creating a cleaner, safer, and more beautiful environment for our community! 💪💚

The PYAP San Rafael Chapter, alongside AIYA San Rafael and SK Council, proudly marched in the vibrant 57th Charter Anniversary Civic Parade.

A heartfelt thank you to the Barangay Council led by Hon. Rudy M. Catimbang and the SK Council under Hon. Jomar M. Malonda for their support in empowering our youth.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: The Pag-Asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) San Rafael Chapter, led by PYAP President Charlene Mae Ilano, successfully conducted its first meeting of 2025.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the SK Council, headed by SK Chairman 𝐉𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐌. 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚, for their continuous support.

The meeting focused on the reorganization of PYAP officers and preparations for upcoming activities.
