August 8,1978 Lord Ricardo "Yaba" Zamora Blanca organized the SRB-SRS Beta Beta Chapter with the chapter code of 0202 at the Mabini Memorial College,now University of Northeastern Philippines(UNEP),Iriga City to expand the principle of SRB which is SERVICE...the Beta Beta was founded with the assistance of SRB chapters in bicol regions and it was the 1st SRB chapter in rinconada area includes the municipality of Bato,Nabua,Bula,Buhi,Balatan,Baao and Iriga City...
