Sisay a mga qualified mag donate?

- 18 years old and above. Kung 17 years old and below dapat agko parents/guardian consent,
- Vaccinated a month before,
- Diri nakainom o puyat,
- Agko timbang na 110 lbs o 50 kgs pataas,
- Pintig ng Puso - Regular na tibok ng puso sa pagitan 60-100 bawat minuto,
- Blood pressure - sa pagitan ng 90/60 mmHg -160/100 mmHg,
- Hemoglobin - 125g/L pataas,
- Kung agko tattoo saka hikaw (body piercing) pwedeng magdonate makalipas usad na taon matapos magpabutang.

KONDISYON KUNG KUNO DIRI PWEDENG MAGDONATE SA RUGO:

-Buntis o inang nagpapasuso ng bata,
-May lagnat, sipon o ubo,
-Bagong tattoo o hikaw,
-Bagong operasyon o bunot ng ngipin,
-Madalas o labis na paginom ng alak,
-Biglaang pagpayat ng 5kgs sa loob ng 6 na buwan, at
-Taong may sakit ng:
Cancer o leukemia,
Sakit sa puso,
Malubhang sakit sa baga (lungs),
Hepatitis B o C,
HIV/AIDS,
Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD)
