Pinarangalan ng 2025 Santiago City Seal of Good Youth Governance (SGYG) ang mga natatanging kabataang Santiagueño, SK officials, at youth organizations na nanguna sa pagsusulong ng mabuting pamamahala, aktibong partisipasyon, at makataong serbisyo sa komunidad, bilang pagkilala sa mahalagang papel sa pagpapa-unlad sa sektor ng kabataan sa Lungsod ng Santiago.

Ang SGYG ay sa pangunguna ng Local Youth Development Office- City of Santiago, katuwang ang Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) - Santiago Field Office at SK Pederasyon.

𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗜 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗠𝗣 (𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 & 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁)

The 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗼 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 organized 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗠𝗣 to empower mothers and solo parents, support the health of their babies, and foster a caring, stronger community. Through door-to-door visits, SK Calao West personally delivered simple hygiene kits and essential supplies to mothers and their little ones.

This project is more than giving items—it is about showing love, care, and encouragement, letting every mother know that she and her child are seen, valued, and supported. Every visit reminds us that small acts of kindness can make a big difference, and that together, we can build a community rooted in empathy, compassion, and empowerment.

𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗜 𝗛𝗜𝗩 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗜𝗗𝗦 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻

The 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗼 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁, in partnership with the 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 and the 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, successfully held an impactful 𝗛𝗜𝗩 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗜𝗗𝗦 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 at the 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗼 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁, with 𝗠𝗿. 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗼 𝗕. 𝗗𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗝𝗿. as our resource speaker. This event was more than just a discussion - it was a powerful call to action. Participants gained vital knowledge about HIV and AIDS, accessed FREE HIV testing, and learned how understanding HIV and AIDS can empower them to protect themselves and their communities. Beyond education, the symposium emphasized 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗮𝗽 𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗴-𝘂𝗻𝗮𝘄𝗮 as essential tools to break stigma, foster compassion, and promote unity.

By staying informed, embracing empathy, and taking proactive steps for our health, we are not just learning; we are building a safer, healthier, and more inclusive community for everyone.
