In support of the Department of Education’s annual Brigada Eskwela program, the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Council of Barangay Binatug (Office of the Sangguniang Kabataan- Barangay Binatug, San Mariano, Isabela) officially turned over durable trash bins to Malaya Elementary School.

Conducted as part of the pre-school opening preparations, this initiative aims to ensure that learning spaces are clean, safe, and conducive for students, teachers, and school personnel.

Each school received bins designed for proper waste segregation—separating biodegradable, non-biodegradable, and recyclable materials to encourage responsible waste management practices at an early age.

This project is part of the council’s commitment to promote environmental awareness and instill good habits among the youths to all schools within the community and in support to the Local Government Unit of San Mariano's vision of becoming a cleanest Municipality in the region.

The Municipal Sangguniang Kabataan Federation successfully conducted its meeting on May 05, 2026 at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall.

• 2026 Annual Programs
• Implementation of the Free Tutor Program
• Other relevant concerns affecting the youth sector

The meeting was attended by Sangguniang Bayan Member, Committee on Education Chairman, Hon. Jan Carlo B. Sumisim and Sangguniang Kabataan Federation President Hon. Roneil Alchris G. Tagle and the Municipal Budget Officer, providing valuable insights and guidance for upcoming plans and initiatives.

This gathering reflects the continued commitment of the SK Federation to strengthen programs and deliver meaningful services for the youth in the community.

The Office of the Sangguniang Kabataan- Barangay Binatug, San Mariano, Isabela through its annual budget for the fiscal year 2026 allocates financial resources amounting to 𝐏𝐇𝐏. 𝟐𝟖𝟒,𝟎𝟎𝟎.𝟎𝟎 to fund its constituents’ expenses for the digitization project.

The breakdown for its annual budget report (2026) will be available on its SK Transparency Tracker Digital/Electronic [Bulletin] Board after the finalization and approval of the said financial resources.

This project will be spearheading this year in support of the LGU San Mariano vision.
