The second week of the Off-Site Business One-Stop Shop (BOSS) C.Y. 2026 is currently on-going with the full support of City Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, underscoring the City Government’s commitment to efficient, transparent, and accessible service delivery.
The continuing activity provides business owners with streamlined processing of business permits and related regulatory requirements in a single, accessible location. The Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) spearheaded by Mr. Alberto V. Porticos, in close coordination with other endorsing offices maintain orderly operations and prompt assistance to ensure smooth transactions.
The on-going implementation of the Off-Site BOSS reflects the City Government’s sustained efforts to promote ease of doing business and strengthen local economic development through responsive and effective governance.

Day 3 Update | 7, January 2026 | Offsite Business One-Stop Shop (BOSS)
The third day of the Offsite Business One-Stop Shop (BOSS), under the vibrant leadership of Hon. Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman and spearheaded by the Business Permits and Licensing Office, for Calendar Year 2026 proceeded with orderly and efficient operations as business owners steadily availed themselves of on-site government services. The streamlined process enabled clients to conveniently complete their business permit applications, both for new registrations and renewals, in a shorter time.
All endorsing offices remained proactive and well-coordinated, providing timely assistance and ensuring that transactions were handled smoothly.
Day 3 highlighted the City Government of Isabela’s continuing commitment to improving the ease of doing business through accessible and citizen-centered public service.

Day 2 Update | Offsite Annual Business One-Stop Shop (BOSS)
The City Government of Isabela’s Offsite Annual Business One-Stop Shop (BOSS) under the leadership of Hon. Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, held at the Pasangan Commercial Center (PCC), Marketsite Barangay, continued to serve business owners on its second day with smooth and efficient processing of business permit both New and Renewals.
City Administrator Mr. Pedrito Eisma visited the BOSS site to personally check on the ongoing operations and to express his support for the efficient delivery of services, reaffirming the City Government’s commitment to accessible, and responsive public service.
With all endorsing offices present, business owners especially public market stall lessees were able to conveniently process their permits in one location, further strengthening the City’s drive to improve the ease of doing business.

Conducts Offsite Annual Business One-Stop Shop (BOSS)
The City Government of Isabela, under the leadership of Hon. Sitti Djalia A. Turabin-Hataman, officially launched its Day 1 Annual Business One-Stop Shop (BOSS) on January 5, 2026. For the first time, the activity is being conducted offsite at the Pasangan Commercial Center (PCC), Ground Floor, Marketsite Barangay, to provide a more accessible and convenient venue for business owners, particularly public market stall lessees, in processing and renewing their business permits.
On its first day, a total of 173 business permits were processed and verified, with 40 permits successfully released. All endorsing offices were present, including the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO), City Treasurer's Office CTO), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), City Health Office (CHO), City General Services Office (CGSO), Solid Waste Management, Isabela City Market Enterprise, Zoning Office, and the Local Economic Development and Investment Promotion Office (LEDIPO), ensuring efficient and coordinated processing. The initiative highlights the City Government's commitment to improving the ease of doing business and delivering responsive public service.
The Annual BOSS will run until January 20, 2026, and is open daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Business owners are reminded that late payment of prescribed fees is subject to a 25 percent surcharge, in accordance with Section 3K.05 of the City Revenue Code.
