Subaybayan is a government portal and the DILG's online eye—tracking every peso, project, and progress of the agency's funded projects in real time. It’s like Waze for public works: it shows where we’re going, and what’s done.

Ipinagmamalaki ng MEO at LGU ng San Guillermo sa pamumuno ni Engr. Felipe C. Guyud III, Municipal Mayor, na malapit nang matapos ang mga proyekto sa ilalim ng Economic Development Fund (EDF) 2025 — kabilang ang pagkonkreto ng mga kalsada, pagpapatibay ng slope protection, paglalatag ng mga daluyan ng tubig, pagpapatayo ng silid-aralan, pailaw sa mga pangunahing lansangan, pagtatayo ng barangay health station, pagtatayo ng additional core shelter units para sa mga indigent and homeless families, at pagbibigay ng pondo para sa mga deepwell units ng barangays para sa malinis na tubig.

Sabay-sabay nating binubuo ang isang mas maunlad, matatag, at masiglang San Guillermo!
