In view of the continuing seismic activity affecting the Province of Sultan Kudarat Province, and in recognition of the potential risks to public safety, infrastructure, and daily operations, the Provincial Government is implementing precautionary measures to safeguard students, workers, and the general public.

Accordingly, work in all government offices and classes in both public and private schools across the 𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐑𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐔𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐎𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐑𝐎𝐖, until conditions are thoroughly assessed and normal operations are deemed safe to resume.

This temporary suspension is necessary to allow authorities ample time to conduct structural integrity assessments, continuous monitoring, and other preparedness and safety measures, while enabling residents to take appropriate precautions against possible aftershocks.

The public is strongly advised to remain vigilant, comply with official safety advisories, and stay updated through authorized government channels.

An Executive Order formalizing this directive shall follow.

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 94, an order suspending work in government offices and classes at all levels in both public and private institutions in the Province of Sultan Kudarat, the public is hereby informed that the suspension is implemented to ensure the safety and welfare of all constituents.

All concerned offices, schools, and institutions are advised to comply accordingly. Residents are encouraged to stay alert, monitor official announcements, and follow advisories from the Provincial Government and LGU-DRRM offices for further updates.

Suspendido ang pasok sa lahat ng tanggapan ng pamahalaan sa 29 Disyembre 2025 (Lunes) at 2 Enero 2026 (Biyernes) para mabigyan ng oras ang mga kawani ng gobyerno na magdiwang ng Bagong Taon at makabiyahe nang ligtas.

Mananatiling bukas ang mga ahensiyang nagbibigay ng basic, vital, at health services, habang ang suspensyon ng trabaho sa mga pribadong kumpanya at opisina ay nakadepende sa desisyon ng kanilang pamunuan.

Ayon sa inilabas na ulat ng Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS), niyanig ng 7.4 magnitude na lindol ang Manay, Davao Oriental at 6.9 magnitude na lindol ang Bogo, Cebu ngayong araw, Oktubre 10, 2025.

Pinapayuhan po natin ang lahat, lalo na ang mga nasa apektadong lugar, na maging mapagmatyag at sumunod sa abiso ng mga lokal na pamahalaan at ng PHIVOLCS para sa inyong kaligtasan.

Iwasan po muna ang paglapit sa mga baybayin at maging handa sakaling kailanganing lumikas.

Manatili po tayong ligtas at mag-ingat po tayong lahat.

In view of the 7.6 magnitude earthquake that struck parts of Mindanao this morning, Governor Datu Pax Ali S. Mangudadatu has ordered the suspension of work in all government offices and classes in all levels (public and private) in the entire Province of Sultan Kudarat today, October 10, 2025, to ensure the safety and protection of all Kudarateños.

Get to know more about this electronic registry created in accordance with the Republic Act No. 11057, otherwise known as the "Personal Property Security Act," which was enacted to strengthen the secured transactions framework in the Philippines and provide for the creation, perfection, determination of priority and enforcement of security interests in personal properties.

The Land Registration Authority celebrates its 122nd Founding Anniversary today, 01 February 2025.

Administrator Gerardo Panga Sirios, together with the LRA leadership, extends his warmest greetings and deepest gratitude to all clients, stakeholders, partners, and hardworking LRA personnel who have been part of the journey in fulfilling the Agency mandate.
