These stickers serve as proof that our tricycle units are properly registered and authorized to operate, ensuring safer and more organized transport in our community.

I’m glad to have been part of today’s activity, assisting in accommodating our drivers and operators. This initiative is led by our 𝘮𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘩𝘰𝘯, 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗧𝗲𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼, committee chairman of Peace and Order, Public Safety, and Transportation—continuously working for a more disciplined and efficient transport system.

Nitong nakaraang Marso, naganap ang pagtatapos ng School Year 2025-2026 sa iba't ibang barangay ng Jaro, Leyte. Kindergarten, Elementary, at High School. Ito ang isa sa pinakamasaya at makabuluhan sa bawat g**o, mga magulang, at estudyante. Dahil ito ang sumisimbolo na sa loob ng ilang buwan ay natapos din ng ating mga kabataang estudyante ang ang isang baitang patungo sa kanilang pangarap at kinabukasan. Ito ang panahon upang ipagdiwang ang kanilang mga nakamit sa nakalipas na pagsubok sa kanilang pag-aaral.

Ako, kasama na ang ating SB Members ay tulong-tulong upang makadalo sa iba't ibang seremonya. Umabot pa sa pagkakataon na kailangan na naming magkahiwa-hiwalay upang kahit isa o dalawang SB Member ay may roong makabisita sa bawat barangay. Upang ipadama sa inyong lahat na kami ay sobrang natutuwa na makita ang ating mga graduates at completers na umakyat ng stage. Kami ay sumusuporta sa mga g**o at paaralan na patuloy na nagtuturo ng kaalaman; mga magulang at mga estudyante na patuloy na nangangarap para sa magandang kinabukasan.

Ngunit aminado rin kami na mayroong mga barangay ang hindi namin napuntahan upang makadalo sa kanilang seremonya. Ito ay dahil sa dami na rin ng aming naka-schedule. Ako'y humihingi ng paumanhin. Ngunit ako pa rin ay magpapaabot ng isang malaking 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦, 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗨𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦!

Ang mensahe ko para sa ating mga graduates: Hindi riyan magtatapos ang inyong journey. Magpatuloy kayo sa pag-aaral kahit anong mangyari. (RECAP) Sa natapos na buwan ng Marso 2026, ating naisagawa at natapos ng maayos ang 1st semester barangay assembly 2026. Nais kong magpasalamat sa lahat ng mga sumama at dumalo.

Sa pangunguna ng DILG Jaro Office at Liga Office Jaro Chapter, kasama na ang Sangguniang Bayan, Vice Mayor's Office, Mayor's office, SK Federation of Jaro, Leyte, PNP, Rural Health Unit, Jaro, Leyte Municipal Agriculture Office, at sa iba pang opisina/agencies na sumama rin sa mga piling barangay, ating binisita lahat ng barangay upang maghatid ng mensahe, suporta, at kaalaman sa kanilang pagsasagawa ng barangay assembly.

Ang Barangay Assembly ay pagpupulong na ginaganap dalawang beses sa isang taon sa Pilipinas—karaniwang tuwing Marso at Oktubre—kung saan ang mga lokal na opisyal ay nag-uulat ng kanilang mga aktibidad, mga natapos na proyekto, budget, at mga planong gagawin sa kanilang komunidad at mga mamamayan, alinsunod sa Local Government Code. Ang pagsasagawa nito ay mandato mula sa DILG.

Ito ay nagsisilbing isang pulong o forum kung saan maaaring talakayin ng mga mamamayan ang mga isyu, magmungkahi ng mga solusyon, at aktibong makilahok sa pamamahala ng kanilang komunidad.

Ako'y sobrang nagpapasalamat sa BFP Jaro sa pag-imbita sa akin at sa pagbibigay ng pagkakataon na makagbigay mensahe para sa mga bisita at mga bata na lumahok sa poster making na ito. Ako'y napahanga sa kanilang mga talento sa sining na ito. Ang kanilang mga iginuhit ay malinaw na nagbibigay ng mensahe patungkol sa ating tema.

Nagpapasalamat din ako sa iba't ibang paaralan ng Jaro, Leyte na nagpadala ng mga representatives upang lumahok sa contest, sa mismong mga batang lumahok (elementary at high school), MDRRMO, PNP Jaro, DILG Jaro, Sangguniang Bayan, at Mayor's Office, sa ating mapainurahon na Mayor Jassie Tañala. Maraming salamat sa suporta ninyo upang ipagpatuloy ang pagpapaalala sa Fire Prevention.

The Local Government Unit of Jaro, Leyte informs the public of the implementation of the 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 (𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆–𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟳:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠–𝟲:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠), pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114, a mandate from the Office of the President.

LGU employees will continue to comply with the required 40 working hours per week in accordance with Civil Service Commission guidelines.
