A Tribute of Gratitude to Regional Director Loreto Jr. V. Cabaya

As we commemorate the 52nd Founding Anniversary of the Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines – Ang Kabataang Organisado (PYAP-AKO), we pause to honor and express our deepest gratitude to Loreto Jr. V. Cabaya, Regional Director of the Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office XII.

Your leadership has been more than a position. it has been a source of inspiration, hope, and empowerment for the young people of SOCCSKSARGEN. Through your unwavering support and genuine belief in the abilities of our youth, PYAP-AKO Region XII has continued to flourish as a community of young leaders committed to service, volunteerism, and nation-building.

Your confidence in the youth has opened doors for meaningful opportunities, strengthened our organization, and encouraged us to lead with integrity, compassion, and purpose. Every milestone we celebrate today is a reflection of leaders like you who continue to invest in the dreams and aspirations of the next generation.
