34 na katutubong Manobo-Dulangan at Teduray ang nabigyan ng pabahay ng National Housing Authority (NHA) sa isinagawang Turn-over at Awarding Ceremony ng Pamantingan IP Village Housing Project noong Mayo 26, 2026 sa Sitio Lifi-lifian, Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat.

Sa ilalim ng Resettlement Assistance Program for Local Government Units - Housing Assistance Program for Indigenous People/Indigenous Cultural Communities ng NHA, katuwang ang lokal na pamahalaan, ipinatupad ang proyektong pabahay na nagkakahalaga ng P20 milyon. Ang proyekto ay binubuo ng 50 duplex o kabuuang 100 na yunit, na may floor area na 43 square meters.

Ang 34 na yunit na iginawad ay bahagi lamang ng kabuuang 100 na yunit. Ang 66 na yunit naman ay nauna nang naipagkaloob sa mga benepisyaryo noong nakilahok ang NHA sa Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair na ginanap sa Sultan Kudarat Provincial Capitol, bayan ng Isulan noong Pebrero 2024.

Bilang kinatawan ni NHA General Manager Joeben A. Tai, pinangunahan ni NHA XII Regional Manager Engr. Zenaida M. Cabiles kasama si Kidapawan District Manager Engr. Joel R. Reintar, ang nasabing kaganapan kasabay ang paggawad ng Certificates of Award sa mga benepisyaryo.

Nakibahagi rin sa programa sina Municipal Mayor Charles Federic Ploteña na kinatawanan nina Vice Mayor Helen Latog, Councilor Jan Patrick Latog at Municipal Engineer Armando Tueres; NCIP Representative Hydie Samillao, Barangay Pamantingan Chairperson Gloria Pasaan at mga kawani ng NHA XII Kidapawan District Office at Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Esperanza.

The National Housing Authority (XII) through Regional Manager Engr. Zenaida M. Cabiles participated in the 2nd Quarter Regular Meeting of the Regional Human Settlements and Urban Development Coordinating Committee (RHSUDCC) held on May 19, 2026 at the NHA Region XII Office, Prime Regional Government Center, Carpenter Hill, Koronadal City.

Among the highlights of the meeting were the presentation of accomplishments by the Key Shelter Agencies (KSAs) and discussion on other matters including the advisory on the advance information for the CY 2026 Gawad Parangal of the National Task Force-End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC). During the meeting NHA was recommended by the committee as a nominee being the only KSA that implemented housing programs in ELCAC barangays.

Resource Persons from Department of Information, Communications and Technology XII and Philippine Information Agency XII also discussed their various programs and services that may be availed of by KSAs through formal requests.

The meeting was presided over by Committee Chairperson and Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development XII-OIC RD Benleo Jarangue and attended by the heads and representatives of the KSAs in SOCCSKSARGEN Region namely the NHA, National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation, Social Housing Finance Corporation, Home Mutual Development Fund and Human Settlements Adjudication Commission, together with the Department of Migrant Workers represented by OIC RD Samsudin T. Lintongan.

The National Housing Authority (NHA) Region XII successfully conducted the Ceremonial Awarding of Housing Units and Contract Signing for seven (7) newly-awarded PNP uniformed personnel under the Guardians’ Hill AFP/PNP Housing Project at the Regional Internal Affairs Services (RIAS) Office, PNP Region XII, Camp Gen. Paulino T. Santos, Brgy. Tambler, General Santos City on May 14, 2026.

As part of the activity, NHA also conducted an orientation on the project profile, pricing and payment terms, contract provisions, and occupancy rules and regulations to ensure the awardees’ full understanding of their responsibilities as new homeowners.

On behalf of NHA General Manager Joeben A. Tai, Engr. Zenaida Cabiles, NHA XII Regional Manager, together with Engr. Fritzie M. Punzalan, General Santos District Manager, led the ceremonial awarding of Certificates of Award and turnover of keys to the project awardees.

Also present during the ceremony were PLTCOL Henry Domingo Cay-as, Regional Director (OIC) of RIAS XII, represented by Atty. Romegildo B. Alocelja, Jr., Chief of the Legal Affairs Division; PLTCOL Amy Fiel, Deputy Director of RIAS XI; PCPT Jumar P. Donque, Deputy Chief of IID, RIAS XII; as well as officers and personnel of RIAS XII and NHA personnel from the Regional and District Offices.

Kaisa ang National Housing Authority (NHA) sa pagdiriwang ng Cervical Cancer Consciousness Month ngayong Mayo.

Naniniwala ang NHA na ang kalusugan ay pundasyon ng isang matatag na tahanan, kaya naman suportado ng ahensya ang mga hakbang upang maiwasan ang sakit na ito para sa mas malusog na kinabukasan ng bawat kababaihang Pilipino.
