At about 10:00 AM on November 2, 2026, Lamitan City Police Station personnel, under the supervision of PLTCOL JOEL C. TUTTUH, COP, conducted a dialogue with the public regarding the operational guidelines for UNDAS 2026 at Look, Brgy. Look, Lamitan City, Basilan.

The activity aimed to inform and remind cemetery visitors of the safety and security measures to be observed during the observance of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day. It also sought to promote public awareness, encourage cooperation with authorities, and ensure a safe, peaceful, and orderly observance of UNDAS 2026.

Patuloy ang Lamitan City Police Station, sa pamumuno ni PLTCOL JOEL C. TUTTUH, Chief of Police sa pag-deploy ng mga personnel hindi lamang sa iba't ibang sementeryo kundi maging sa mga pangunahing lansangan, pampublikong lugar, at iba't ibang establisimyento sa buong Lamitan City.

Layunin ng deployment na ito na mapanatili ang kapayapaan at kaayusan, maiwasan ang anumang insidente, at matiyak ang kaligtasan ng bawat mamamayan, bisita, at pamilyang nakikiisa sa paggunita ng kanilang mga yumaong mahal sa buhay.

Nakaantabay ang ating mga kapulisan upang magbigay ng agarang tulong at serbisyo sa publiko.

LIGTAS UNDAS 2026 | ALL SOULS’ DAY

Sa paggunita ng All Souls’ Day ngayong Nobyembre 2, 2026, patuloy ang Lamitan City Police Station, sa pangunguna ni PLTCOL JOEL C. TUTTUH, Chief of Police, katuwang ang iba pang security forces, sa pagde-deploy ng mga personnel sa iba't ibang sementeryo at matataong lugar sa lungsod.

Layunin ng hakbang na ito na matiyak ang kaligtasan, kaayusan, at seguridad ng bawat mamamayang dumadalaw sa puntod ng kanilang mga yumaong mahal sa buhay.

Nakaantabay rin ang mga nakatalagang Police Assistance Desk upang agarang tumugon sa anumang pangangailangan o insidente.

Bilang bahagi ng pagpapatupad ng seguridad at pagpapanatili ng kaayusan sa paggunita ng Undas 2026, nagtalaga ang Lamitan City Police Station, sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni PLTCOL JOEL C. TUTTUH, Chief of Police, ng mga tauhan sa iba't ibang sementeryo sa Lungsod ng Lamitan.
Layunin ng nasabing deployment na matiyak ang kaligtasan ng publiko, mapanatili ang kapayapaan at kaayusan, at agad na makatugon sa anumang pangangailangan ng mga mamamayang dumadalaw sa kanilang mga yumaong mahal sa buhay.

Mayroon ding mga nakatalagang Police Assistance Desk sa mga sementeryo upang magsilbing sentro ng tulong at agarang pagresponde sa mga taong nangangailangan ng gabay, asistencia, o iba pang serbisyong pangkapulisan.

LAMITAN CITY POLICE STATION PROMOTES “LIGTAS UNDAS 2026”

In line with the preparations for the observance of Undas 2026, PLTCOL JOEL C. TUTTUH, Chief of Police, together with PCPT JOSHUA P. UDUNA, Operations Officer, and PLT MARSIN L. SABAANI, Investigation Officer, conducted a site visit and supervised the installation of “Ligtas Undas 2026” tarpaulins in strategic areas of Lamitan City.

This initiative aims to raise public awareness, promote safety and security, and remind the public to observe precautionary measures when visiting cemeteries and memorial parks during the observance of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day.

The Lamitan City Police Station remains committed to ensuring a safe, peaceful, and orderly observance of Undas 2026 through proactive police visibility, public information campaigns, and strengthened community partnership.

PLTCOL JOEL C TUTTUH, COP, conducted Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) to all personnel of this office, focusing on Integrity Monitoring and the reinforcement of ethical standards within the organization.

During the activity, discussions emphasized the importance of honesty, transparency, accountability, and professionalism in the performance of duties. Personnel were reminded of the core values of the Philippine National Police and the significance of maintaining public trust and confidence through lawful and ethical conduct. The activity also highlighted the responsibility of every police officer to strictly adhere to existing policies, rules, and regulations, and to avoid any actions that may compromise the integrity of the service.

The activity served as a platform to strengthen internal discipline, promote self-awareness, and encourage personnel to continuously evaluate their actions and decisions in line with the highest standards of public service. Through this activity, LCPS reaffirmed its commitment to fostering a culture of integrity, responsibility, and excellence in serving the community.
