𝗔 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲

The 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 (𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗦) 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗔𝗣𝗔 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 proudly congratulates its newly elected officers for Academic Year 2026–2027, who formally took their oath of office on August 15, 2026. This occasion marks the beginning of a new chapter of leadership, responsibility, and service to the Public Administration student community.

The newly inducted officers are Ms. Jeslen Tesoro, President; Mr. Marc Gio Segundo, Vice President; Ms. Micah Janina Corpuz, Secretary; Mr. Dhastin Guittap, Assistant Secretary; Mr. Jonren Patrick Matias, Treasurer; Mr. Reynald Cafe-Ravina, Assistant Treasurer; Ms. Rosemarie Agno, Auditor; Mr. Jhandy Guillermo, Business Manager; and Mr. Adriane Arquiza, Public Information Officer, under the guidance of their Adviser, Dr. Margarita G. Hilario.

As they assume their respective responsibilities, may they uphold the values of integrity, accountability, excellence, and genuine public service. The 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗠𝗔𝗣𝗔) 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗜 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 successfully presented their PAD 228: Public Policy and Program Administration Culminating Activity entitled, “𝙀𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙀𝙫𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚-𝘽𝙖𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙋𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙮 𝘼𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙮𝙨𝙞𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙘 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 𝘿𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙣, 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣,” last May 9, 2026.

The activity highlighted the students' analytical skills, policy-analysis competencies, and commitment to developing effective and sustainable public programs. Through their presentations, they demonstrated the vital role of evidence-based decision-making in addressing public concerns and advancing good governance.

This academic endeavor was made possible under the guidance and leadership of 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗚. 𝗛𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼, Course Adviser and Program Coordinator, whose expertise continues to inspire future public administrators.

𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗛𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 | The students of Master of Arts in Public Administration (MAPA) undertaking Personnel Public Administration (PAD 223) successfully conducted the seminar “𝙑𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙖 𝘽𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙏𝙤𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙬: 𝘼𝙙𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝘿𝙂𝙨 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙄𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣” on 𝘿𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 13, 2025, highlighting the vital role of volunteerism and civil society in achieving sustainable and inclusive development.

The program formally opened with the 𝙍𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙚 delivered by 𝙈𝙧. 𝙍𝙚𝙮 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙤𝙨 𝙈. 𝙁𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣̃𝙖𝙨, 𝙈𝘼𝙋𝘼 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙈𝙈𝙎𝙐 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡, followed by an 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙈𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙜𝙚 from 𝘿𝙧. 𝘿𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝘿.
