The Local Government Unit of Laoang, in collaboration with the Land Transportation Office will be holding a Theoretical Driving Course on APRIL 15 - 16 - 17, 2026, 7:00 AM at Laoang Center for Sports, Culture and the Art (Covered Court).

Here are the participants who have secured a slot for the FREE Theoretical Driving Course.

FIRST COME FIRST SERVED ( 200 SLOT ONLY )

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
1. Bring the following requirements:
Original Livebirth Certificate with two (2) photocopies
Valid ID with two (2) photocopies
Ballpen

2. Wear white shirt, pants and shoes for the entire three-day duration of the course.

3. Participants must be physically present and are required to complete the entire three-day duration of the course.

On Thursday, February 19, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, personnel from the Laoang Traffic Management Unit (LTMU), together with immersion students from Laoang National High School and Rawis National High School, conducted an intensified operation along Maharlika Highway in Brgy. SMH, Laoang, Northern Samar.

The operation focused on enforcing traffic rules and regulations, specifically targeting violations such as the use of open mufflers. This initiative supports Municipal Ordinance No. 633 and Municipal Ordinance No. 355, also known as 'An Ordinance for the Traffic Flow, Rule and Regulations in the Municipality of Laoang, Northern Samar.'

On February 16, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, along Maharlika Highway, brgy SMH, Laoang Northern Samar, personnel of Laoang Traffic Management Unit (LTMU) together with Laoang PNP personnel under the supervision PCPT NIMROD R. HOLARES, Officer-in-Charge, and Immersion students from Laoang National high school, rawis national high school, conducted an intensified operation focusing on the enforcement of traffic rules and regulations, particularly against open Muffler, Municipal Ordinance no. 633 and Municipal Ordinance 355 also known as An Ordinance for the Traffic Flow, Rule and Regulations in the Municipality of Laoang Northern Samar.
