GOOD NEWS, Lianeños!

Mayroon na namang mas maraming pagkakataon para makapagparehistro sa National ID!

Sa pakikipagtulungan ng Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Batangas, extended ang National ID Caravan sa Lian. Magpapatuloy ang pagbibigay ng National ID services tuwing Lunes, mula July hanggang September 2026.

Tuwing Lunes hanggang September 2026

Available services:
• National ID (PhilSys) Registration
• Pagi-issue ng e-PhilID (paper o digital version)

Paalala: Hindi kabilang sa mga serbisyong ito ang updating o pagbabago ng impormasyon sa National ID.

Sino ang maaaring magparehistro?
• Lahat ng Filipino citizens, anumang edad
• Para sa batang edad 1-4, demographic information at litrato lamang muna ang kukunin.
• Full biometrics (fingerprints at iris scan) ay kukunin kapag 5 taong gulang na.
• Walang expiry ang National ID, maliban kung may kailangang i-update.

Mga kailangang dokumento:

Primary documents (kahit isa lamang):
• Valid Philippine Passport
• Valid UMID (SSS/GSIS)
• Valid Driver's License
• PSA Birth Certificate kasama ang isang valid government ID na may pangalan, litrato, at pirma o thumbmark

Kung walang primary document, maaaring magdala ng secondary documents tulad ng:
• PSA o Local Civil Registry Birth Certificate
• Certificate of Foundling
• Senior Citizen ID, PWD ID, Solo Parent ID, 4Ps ID, Employee ID, School ID, Barangay ID, at iba pang valid IDs na may litrato, buong pangalan, petsa ng kapanganakan, pirma o thumbmark, at address

Iba pang paalala:
• Para sa mga matagal nang registered ngunit wala pang natatanggap na National ID, e-PhilID o paper ID lamang ang maaaring maibigay.
• Para sa nawala o hindi na mabasang National ID, maaaring mag-request ng e-PhilID, subject sa system availability.

Samantalahin ang pinalawig na National ID Caravan. Magparehistro na at kunin ang inyong National ID nang mas malapit at mas maginhawa dito sa Lian.

The Department of Trade and Industry – National Capital Regional Office (DTI-NCRO), through its Shared Service Facilities (SSF) Program, invites Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), aspiring entrepreneurs, and interested individuals to participate in this free online training.

This training aims to provide participants with a foundational understanding of entrepreneurship, including business registration procedures, tax compliance requirements, and the necessary permits and licenses for business operations. It seeks to enhance awareness of relevant government regulations and support the establishment and growth of lawful, sustainable, and competitive enterprises.

Tatlong parangal ang natanggap ng lokal na pamahalaan ng Lian mula sa Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) sa ginanap na Calabarzon eLGU Summit sa Batangas City. Kinilala ang Lian bilang Top eLGU Implementer of the Year 2025 para sa 1st Class Municipalities dahil sa tuloy-tuloy at epektibong paggamit ng digital systems sa serbisyong publiko. Ayon sa DICT, malinaw ang resulta nito sa mas mabilis na proseso, maayos na pamamahala ng records, at mas episyenteng transaksyon sa munisipyo.

Partikular na nakita ang epekto sa Business Permits and Licensing System (BPLS), kung saan tumaas ang bilang ng rehistradong negosyo at lokal na kita ng bayan batay sa survey noong 2024 at 2025. Pinarangalan din ang Lian sa limang taong tuloy-tuloy na paggamit ng eLGU BPLS at sa aktibong pakikipag-ugnayan nito sa DICT para sa digital transformation. Tinanggap nina BPLO head Christian Ortega at staff na si Mark Jun Cahayon ang parangal, na inilarawan nilang bunga ng sama-samang pagsisikap para sa mas mabilis, malinaw, at transparent na serbisyo publiko.
