What an incredible achievement! Beyond the crown and awards, you have shown the confidence, character, leadership, and courage that a young SELG leader can possess.

Behind every confident step, graceful movement, and successful performance are people who patiently helped our learners prepare.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to their TRAINERS, who generously shared their time, talent, expertise, patience, and dedication throughout the preparation. Thank you for believing in our learners, bringing out the best in them, and helping transform every practice into a championship-worthy performance. This victory is also a reflection of your hard work and commitment.

Our deepest appreciation also goes to our NCES SELG Coordinator, Maโ€™am Relyn R. Siacor Lyn Re, who stayed by our learners throughout their practices and preparationsโ€”guiding, encouraging, supporting, and believing in what they could accomplish. Your dedication to our young leaders is truly appreciated.

To our dear parents, thank you for your unwavering support. Your time, sacrifices, encouragement, and presence behind the scenes played an important part in making these achievements possible.

We also sincerely thank the Libungan Municipality SELG Advisers for trusting the capabilities of our Nicaan CES learners and giving them the opportunity to carry the banner of Libungan Municipality and Libungan East District. Thank you for believing in what these young learners can do.

And to every learner of Nicaan CES who has a talent waiting to be discovered or a leader within them waiting for an opportunity: Keep learning. Keep practicing. Keep believing in what you can do. Never be afraid to step forward and share your talentโ€”whether in leadership, dance, music, arts, academics, sports, or wherever your passion may lead you.

Congratulations to all our champions! You represented Libungan Municipality and Libungan East District, but here at home, we proudly celebrate you as our very own.

๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ PAGDIRIWANG NG WIKA, KULTURA, AT PAGKA-PILIPINO ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ

๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญโค๏ธ

A highlight of the day was the release of the Adopt-A-Child Program, that provides assistance to each learner in support of their school-related needs.

On behalf of the entire Nicaan CES community, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the LGU of Libungan, under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Angel Rose โ€œApolโ€ L. Cuan, for continuously investing in the education and welfare of our children.

We are equally grateful for the guidance shared with our parents during the orientation and for the generously provided raffle prizes that brought extra smiles and excitement to our learners and their families.

The day also provided an opportunity for our Adolescent Orientation and General PTA Assembly, further strengthening the partnership between the school and our families in nurturing, guiding, and supporting every learner.

Indeed, when the LGU, school, parents, and community work hand in hand, we create more opportunities and a brighter future for our children.

We are happy to share that the prizes received by our young artist, Freedom, for winning the Mongol Philippines SKETCH IT โ€“ Kids Category, were also shared with the learners of Nicaan Central Elementary School.

For us, this is more than just receiving prizes. It is a reminder that our learners have so many talents waiting to be discovered. As Maโ€™am Ruby, our School Principal, encouraged, we hope our learners will continue to explore what they love, discover what they are good at, and be brave enough to join and showcase their talents.

To Freedom and his parents, thank you for sharing this wonderful achievement with us. We are truly happy and grateful to be part of this moment. May Freedom continue to draw, create, learn, and dream big.

Who knows? The next Freedom might just be sitting among our learners today.

Keep shining, Freedom! We are cheering for you and wishing you all the best on your journey!

Together with our cluster schoolsโ€”Kiloyao Elementary School, Kapayawi Elementary School, and Nicaan Annex Elementary Schoolโ€”we showcased the beauty of Libunganโ€™s rich agricultural heritage, creativity, and the true spirit of bayanihan. This participation was made possible through the dedication and teamwork of our teachers, PTA officers, parents, stakeholders, and the entire school community.

While we may not have brought home a winning place, we gained something even more meaningful. The countless hours of preparation, the unwavering support of our parents, the teamwork among our cluster schools, and the shared joy of working together are victories we proudly celebrate. The bonds we strengthened, the memories we created, and the unity we experienced are achievements no trophy can measure.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to everyone who generously shared their time, talent, resources, and unwavering support. Your commitment made our participation a success in every way that truly matters.

Congratulations to all the winners and participants! Together, we made this yearโ€™s Katambolit Festival a meaningful celebration of our culture, community, and shared pride as Libunganons.
