First Encoding

-Started out with only two employees, each working on a client.

2010 – 2012. Significant Growth.

-The number of clients grew more than triple within the two years.

-To date, a handful of clients are still working with us. A true testament of the quality and excellence we commit in every endeavor.

-Hired the first set of employees—provided jobs to unemployed members of the community’s youth sector.

2013 – 2018. Corporate Citizen.

-Officially became a mainstream enterprise. FES is registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

-Procured required Business Permit and Certificate from the Community we operate and serve

-As a corporate citizen, we work with various government agencies for their Corporate Social Responsibility Program.

-A new site! Inaugurated and moved in to the newly constructed office.

-Entered into a partnership with a Corporation based in Australia. A couple of employees were flown to the corporate site for training.

-With the demand growth of the eCommerce trading, we immersed into the process and gained the expertise. We now support a number of eCommerce clients.

2019. Beyond Ten.

-Gained Certificate of Registration from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). This further recognizes FES not just as a business enterprise but as an Employer.

-Soon to rise! Site number two is currently in the works. That means more seating capacity for more business.
