19 March 2026 | COMMUNITY FIRE AUXILIARY GROUP

IN PHOTOS || BFP Liloan, under the leadership of SFO4 Trini Leigh G. Calapre, OIC – Municipal Fire Marshal, successfully conducted the creation of the Community Fire Protection Plan (CFPP) and the establishment of the Community Fire Auxiliary Group (CFAG) at Brgy. Poblacion, Liloan, Southern Leyte.

As part of the activity, BFP personnel delivered informative lectures on fire safety and basic life support, equipping residents with essential knowledge and skills to respond effectively during emergencies. This was followed by a fire drill demonstration, which was actively participated in by the residents of Brgy. Poblacion, showcasing their cooperation and readiness in times of fire-related incidents.

The activity aims to strengthen community preparedness, promote fire prevention awareness, and enhance coordination between BFP and the local community in ensuring public safety.

The activity was attended by highschool students from St. Ignatius Loyola Academy and Liloan National Technical Vocational Highshool, who actively took part in the initiative as part of the Bureau of Fire Protection’s Fire Prevention Month campaign. Through their participation, the students were given the opportunity to deepen their awareness of fire safety practices, learn essential emergency response skills, and understand the importance of preparedness in preventing fire-related incidents within their communities.

Through this initiative, BFP Liloan continues to strengthen community partnership and promote the importance of preparedness and safety at an early age.
