Last October 21, 2025, two activities were successfully conducted.
First was the orientation and profiling of the 3 Barangay Women' Associations namely the Barangay Poblacion, Pandan and Magaupas for their DILEEP Program with the help of DOLE staff, Sir Riczen P. Capote and Mam Dahlia A. Gabriana.
The second activity is the distribution of allowances from TESDA lead by Sir Ranulfo Quizon to our masonry beneficiaries.

Yesterday our 10 scholars successfully undertook the Masonry II Assessment at San Ricardo Southern Leyte. We are proud to congratulate them for passing tbe assessment , a remarkable achievement make possible through the support of our partners in Technical Education Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to Sir Ranulfo D. Quizon Jr., Sir Eric Hernan Aquino and Sir Xed Colver for their dedication and commitment in guiding and training our scholars through out their journey.

The Municipality of Liloan thru its office of the PESO in partnership with the Department of Labor and Emplolyment successsfully conducted today a DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP) activity for orientation and profiling four barangay's under the Women's Association and orientation to our Government Internship Program (GIP). It aims to empower women by providing them with access to livelihood program and opportunities that will help improve their economic well being.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Hon. John Wilben C. Chua for delivering his welcome message, to Sir Riczen Paul P. Capote and Mam Dahlia A. Gabriana for conducting the profiling and orientation to our Women's Association and also to Mam Pelita Estrera for conducting the orientation to our Government Internship Program (GIP)

The Municipality of Liloan thru its office of the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) in partnership with Technical Education Skills Development Authority (TESDA) conducted a Masonry Training Program for 11 scholars.
Yesterday, the scholars successfully underwent their actual masonry training at San Ricardo, Southern Leyte headed by our TESDA trainer Sir Ranulfo D. Kuizon Jr.
