During this Year of the Parish, our EARTHDAY celebration coincides with the start of the implementation of the Philippine Commitment as stated in the recently ratified Paris Agreement. It has been recognized that the almost 800,000 signatures we gathered last 2015 was effective in getting COP21 delegates to agree that the increase of global temperature should not exceed 1.5*c. We, in the Philippines gathered most of the 1.2 Million from the interfiath signatures and 900,000 of which from Catholics.
Investment must be towards green and clean technologies and industries.
To all my fb friends, relatives, and churchmates, whereever you are please support our Recyclables Fair at Luneta Park on April 22, from 6 am to 2 pm.
