The LINANGIN ANG KAKAYAHAN SA KABUHAYAN AWARD (LIKHA) Business Plan Competition is a start-up and original business plan competition organized by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW). LIKHA is an initiative under the Kabuhayan Reintegration Program of the DMW-National Reintegration Center for OFWs (DMW-NRCO). The competition is dedicated to supporting the successful full-cycle reintegration of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), providing them with the necessary resources to transition into entrepreneurship, as part of their return to the Philippines.
LIKHA Global is a business plan competition designed for OFWs currently deployed at their respective job sites abroad. It serves as a platform to develop sustainable livelihood projects in preparation for their eventual reintegration in the Philippines. Beyond showcasing innovative business ideas, the program also provides opportunities for financial support and access to business mentoring sessions.
