𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐲 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝟏,𝟏𝟎𝟎+ 𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐚 24 February 2026, Vienna - Over 1,100 services were provided to Filipinos in Croatia during the first consular, overseas voting, and Migrant Workers Office (MWO) outreach for the year of the Philippine Embassy in Zagreb and Ivanjareka, Croatia on 21 and 22 February 2026. Services provided included passport application, notarial service, civil registration, employment contract verification, Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) membership, OWWA eCards issued, and overseas voters registered for the 2028 Philippine National Elections. Online services from the Social Security System (SSS) and PagIBIG were also provided through their offices in Europe. The Embassy undertakes consular outreach missions in Austria, Croatia, Slovakia and Slovenia to bring Philippine government services closer to Filipinos./END

The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) reiterates its warning to overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and job-seeking Filipinos to stay alert against face-to-face and online tactics used by illegal recruiters and syndicates in order to prevent being trapped in exploitative or illegal employment abroad.

The Philippine Embassy in Vienna will conduct mobile consular, field overseas voting registration, and Migrant Workers Office services on Saturday, 21 February 2025 (09:00 to 17:00) at Gundulićeva Ulica 12, 10000, Zagreb, Croatia.
The following consular services will be offered:
-PASSPORT APPLICATION/RENEWAL https://passport.gov.ph/appointment/individual/schedule (choose: “Vienna PE-Outreach in Zagreb, Croatia”)
-NBI CLEARANCE
-SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY, AFFIDAVITS AND OTHERNOTARIALS
-CERTIFICATE OF LEGAL CAPACITY TO CONTRACT MARRIAGE
-CIVIL REGISTRY
-Report of Birth
-Report of Marriage
-Report of Death
-OVERSEAS VOTING REGISTRATION SERVICES
-New overseas voter registration
-Updating of voting records
To ensure order, efficiency, and safety, the following guidelines shall apply:
Consular Services
-Consular applicants are required to send an email to [email protected] with scanned copies of their accomplished consular application form (which may be downloaded here: https://viennape.dfa.gov.ph/index.php/consular-services, passport bio page, residence card, and other supporting documents.
-The deadline of submission of requirements through email is on Wednesday, 18 February 2026, at 12:00.
-Depending on the registration turnout, priority will be given to those with passports which have expired, or passports and/or work permits with validity until December 2026.
-Pre-processing of consular applications will be done on the basis of documents submitted. Only those with complete applications and supporting documents will be given a confirmed appointment slot by email. The appointment system will be strictly enforced.
-Personal appearance is required.
-Only cash payment (in Euro) will be accepted.

-Please bring your valid PH passport and a printout of your OV application form (https://comelec.gov.ph/.../AnnexA_OVF1_rev2025_v5... )

● Valid Employment Contract signed by the employer and employee
● Valid Temporary Residence Card (TRC)
● Passport valid at least 6 months from the intended date of travel (Page with personal data)
