Under Republic Act No. 7394, otherwise known as the Consumer Act of the Philippines, Article 110 on False, Deceptive or Misleading Advertisements, advertisements must not contain representations that are false, deceptive, or misleading, “which is likely to induce directly or indirectly the purchase of consumer products or services.”

Before making an online purchase, verify the seller, check the product details, review the terms and conditions, and carefully evaluate promotional claims.

DTI Region XII is set to conduct the 𝐄-𝐓𝐀𝐀𝐒 𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐘 𝐌𝐒𝐌𝐄𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 on August 26–27, 2026, in Koronadal City.

Only 𝟔 𝐬𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐬 are available for Cotabato Province, so we invite interested women entrepreneurs to apply and take advantage of this opportunity to strengthen their digital skills and grow their businesses online!

✅ Qualifications
• Must be a Micro, Small, or Medium Enterprise (MSME)
• Participant must be a WOMAN, at least 18 years old, and an owner, co-owner, or manager
• Must submit: DTI Certificate, Mayor’s Permit, and BIR Registration
• Must have monthly sales of ₱15,000 and above
• For food products: must have at least 3 months shelf life
• Must bring a laptop or tablet during the training
• Must have an active email address
• Must have an active business social media page
