The election of the Federated OFW and Family Circle officers in Malinao, Albay marks a significant step toward strengthening leadership, unity and community participation among Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families.

Mr. Arthur Casin of Barangay Bagumbayan was elected as the Federation President, entrusted with the responsibility of leading the organization in advancing the welfare, empowerment and collective interests of OFW families in the municipality.

The initiative highlights the importance of organized community leadership in promoting access to livelihood opportunities, reintegration programs and other support services for OFWs and their families.

The Public Employment Service Office Malinao conducted a courtesy visit with Dr. Antonino B. Mendoza Jr. of Bicol University Tabaco Campus to strengthen collaboration and partnership in support of the Teacher Empowerment and Advancement for Capacity-Building and High-Impact Learning (PROJECT TEACH+).

As part of our continuing commitment to the safety, comfort and dignity of our workers, PESO Malinao facilitated the distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) to TUPAD Abaca Bayanihan beneficiaries in Malinao, Albay.

This initiative features the new TUPAD Program T-shirt, replacing the previously used long-sleeved shirts while reinforcing the importance of proper identification and safety during the implementation of community-based work activities.

Beyond providing temporary employment, TUPAD is about ensuring that every worker is treated with dignity and given appropriate support as they contribute to their communities.

Matagumpay na naisagawa ang unang araw ng ARAL Program Capacity Building para sa mga TUPAD ARAL Tutor Applicants, na naglalayong hubugin ang kaalaman, kasanayan at kahandaan ng mga aspiring tutors sa kanilang mahalagang papel sa larangan ng edukasyon.

Ang inisyatibong ito ay hindi lamang nagbibigay ng pagkakataon sa mga benepisyaryo na magkaroon ng makabuluhang hanapbuhay, kundi nagbubukas din ng oportunidad upang maibahagi nila ang kanilang kaalaman at kakayahan sa pagtulong sa ating mga mag-aaral.
