Please be informed that at about 10:23 am onwards of May June 01, 2026, personnel of this station Pat Mary Zean Aparilla (Asst. PCAD PNCO) under the direct supervision of PMAJ PHILIP DEALAGDON LIBRES, Officer In Charge PS2 conducted dialogue, pulong-pulong and distribution of 70 flyers about crime prevention tips with Police Station 2 Hotline numbers, anti modus safety tips specially in public utility vehicles,ELCAC anti-terrorism, and anti-illegal drug, balik eskwela, (BES), school visitation and Emergency Unified 911 hotline at Park Mall Terminal, Brgy. Tipolo, Mandaue City.

Pat Mary Zean Aparilla, under the direct supervision of PMAJ PHILIP JOHN D LIBRES, OIC, PS2, MCPO, conducted area security during the Brigada Eskwela 2026 Opening Kick-Off Program at Tipolo National High School to ensure the safety and security of all participants.
The activity was attended by school officials, teachers, parents, students, stakeholders, and members of the community. Appropriate security measures were implemented to maintain peace and order throughout the activity.
The activity was successfully conducted with no untoward incidents recorded.

The activity was conducted to support the Department of Educationβs Brigada Eskwela program and was attended by school officials, teachers, parents, students, stakeholders, and community members. The participation of PS2 personnel strengthened partnership and cooperation between the PNP and the school community.
Result: The activity was successfully conducted and further enhanced police-community relations.

Personnel of Police Station 2, MCPO, represented by PCpl Charlene Mendoza Ultra (PCAD PNCO) under the direct supervision of PMAJ Philip John Dealagdon Libres, OIC PS2, MCPO, participated in the Opening Kick-Off Program/Ceremony of Brigada Eskwela 2026 held at Subangdaku Technical Vocational School.
The activity aimed to support the Department of Educationβs Brigada Eskwela program through community involvement and stakeholder participation in preparing the school for the upcoming academic year. The program was attended by school officials, teachers, parents, students, stakeholders, and members of the community.
Through its participation, Police Station 2 reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening police-community relations and supporting educational initiatives that promote a safe, secure, and conducive learning environment for students.
The activity was successfully conducted in a peaceful and orderly manner, fostering stronger collaboration between the PNP, school authorities, stakeholders, and the community in support of Brigada Eskwela 2026.

π MOTORSTOP/CHECKPOINT OPERATION π
Personnel of Police Station 2, MCPO, under the supervision of PMAJ PHILIP JOHN D. LIBRES, OIC Station Commander, together with CMFC Personnel, successfully conducted a Motorstop/Checkpoint Operation along M. Logarta St., near SM HyperMarket, Brgy. Subangdaku, Mandaue City on May 31, 2026.
Through continuous checkpoint operations, PS2 remains committed to ensuring public safety, maintaining peace and order, and promoting road safety within the community.
